29/05/2026: Excellent restaurant in Sète, 100% homemade: you can go there without hesitation! There's something for everyone: meat on a spit, fish, fried Camembert… we had the meat on a spit and the sea bream. For dessert, the chocolate fondant with a peanut center was simply excellent: rich without being too sweet, a real treat. The chef is very attentive and we received a very warm welcome. You can choose to eat on the terrace or inside with air conditioning. A very good restaurant, away from the crowds. Definitely not to be missed! Reasonable prices.

28/06/2026: A truly wonderful experience! First, the products offered were perfect and prepared to perfection. And then there's the atmosphere, the chef's affability, and the kindness of the ladies who took such good care of us. A lot of hard work in a friendly atmosphere where the teams chat, laugh, and tease each other a little. It's full of humanity and goodwill, and it feels great! 03/05/2026: While passing through Sète, we thoroughly enjoyed the authentic cuisine of this restaurant. We ordered two daily specials: the fisherman's hot air balloon, a dish that deserves to be permanently added to the menu and renamed a "chef's or house specialty" because it's excellent. Everything is fresh and homemade, right down to the desserts, each one more delicious than the last. This restaurant deserves to attract more customers, unlike the tourist traps found in the city center or along the seafront. Despite the somewhat dated and dreary decor, the service was perfect, and the owner is very pleasant.

17/06/2026: An absolutely exceptional place. I didn't even take a single picture of our dishes… we were so captivated by the experience. Xavier, the owner, offered to let us create our own meal, and we trusted him completely. What a marvel! The ingredients were remarkably fresh, prepared with exquisite skill. A special mention goes to the tuna: quite simply one of the best I've ever tasted. And I can make that comparison, coming from Polynesia where tuna is a true benchmark. It was exceptional! Much more than just a shellfish restaurant, it's a place where you can feel the passion, generosity, and love for the ingredients. A warm welcome, expert advice, and cuisine that truly lets the sea speak for itself. A must-visit in Sète. We left with an unforgettable culinary memory… and next time, I'll try to remember to take pictures before the first bite! Well done Xavier, and thank you for this exceptional moment. 🌊🦪🐟

12/12/2025: This is our fourth time eating at this lovely restaurant, and we've never been disappointed: the food is absolutely superb, made exclusively with fresh ingredients, prepared to order. The staff is competent and friendly, all within the unique atmosphere of the Sète market halls. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

11/12/2025: My friend and I stopped by today around 2 pm to enjoy a pastry. The food was perfect, but the service was sorely lacking in politeness... Being called a thief out loud in front of a full restaurant, with the pretext that we hadn't paid, and having this claim, which turned out to be false, persisted is UNACCEPTABLE!! After you took the time to check (in short, to do your job), you didn't even have the courtesy to apologize.

22/06/2026: The chef goes to each table and explains each of the dishes on the menu. Very friendly, patient, and enthusiastic about the dishes. Excellent experience. We ordered a glass of wine; the wine was suggested by the waiter and paired perfectly with the dish. We ordered a main course and shared dessert, and there was no awkwardness about it.

19/06/2026: Always an absolutely fantastic time at the Terre et Mer restaurant, with Tony, who is friendly, pleasant, and always smiling. The meal was excellent, and the sangria was fantastic. 11/06/2026: A gem on the port of Sète! An absolutely perfect experience at Le Boucanier restaurant! We ate exceptionally well. The Mediterranean bluefin tuna was incredibly fresh and of exceptional quality, a true delight for the taste buds. The setting is ideal, right on the port of Sète, which offers a typical and very pleasant atmosphere. To top it all off, the service is impeccable: the team is attentive, particularly friendly, welcoming, and remarkably efficient. A must-try that I wholeheartedly recommend! We will definitely be back. A big thank you to the entire team!

30/06/2026: We stopped for an aperitif, a beer, and an Aperol Spritz. I'm willing to pay the price for an Aperol Spritz (€10), but please make it real! I don't think it's genuine Aperol, but rather a derivative or a sub-brand, and I even doubt they included Prosecco. Really disappointed because the place is quite nice and the waiter was lovely...

27/06/2026: An incredible person in charge. We went there after my mother's funeral. A wonderful welcome, kind people who adapt to everything. A very good and suitable communal meal for everyone. This visit to Les Temps de Thau helped us enormously during our day. THANK YOU!
