19/05/2026: We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant last night – both the food and the service were fantastic. The owner and his father are two incredibly nice guys who run this charming restaurant with so much personality. The food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

16/05/2026: That day, the quality of the hanger steak was disappointing. It was a tough, unappealing steak, and the knife was unsuitable for cutting the meat. The rest was perfect. It's a shame the waitress took our comment, which was entirely constructive, the wrong way.

26/05/2026: They refused to put up parasols even though it was sunny, saying it was because of the wind, but there was no wind that lunchtime. We got sunburned during our meal.

12/12/2025: This is our fourth time eating at this lovely restaurant, and we've never been disappointed: the food is absolutely superb, made exclusively with fresh ingredients, prepared to order. The staff is competent and friendly, all within the unique atmosphere of the Sète market halls. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

11/12/2025: My friend and I stopped by today around 2 pm to enjoy a pastry. The food was perfect, but the service was sorely lacking in politeness... Being called a thief out loud in front of a full restaurant, with the pretext that we hadn't paid, and having this claim, which turned out to be false, persisted is UNACCEPTABLE!! After you took the time to check (in short, to do your job), you didn't even have the courtesy to apologize.

03/05/2026: While passing through Sète, we thoroughly enjoyed the authentic cuisine of this restaurant. We ordered two daily specials: the fisherman's hot air balloon, a dish that deserves to be permanently added to the menu and renamed a "chef's or house specialty" because it's excellent. Everything is fresh and homemade, right down to the desserts, each one more delicious than the last. This restaurant deserves to attract more customers, unlike the tourist traps found in the city center or along the seafront. Despite the somewhat dated and dreary decor, the service was perfect, and the owner is very pleasant.

25/05/2026: In a city overflowing with restaurants, it's a welcome respite to dine at Terre et Mer. A truly authentic restaurant run by a chef who greets you, seats you, and presents his dishes, explaining the menu in detail. Everything was perfect, from the phone reservation (also handled by the chef) to the coffee. The service is provided by the chef's son, and the food is a true delight. We can't wait to return.

21/05/2026: Everything was perfect from the appetizer to the dessert. The chef, very friendly, explains in detail how he prepares his ingredients; he's truly passionate, and the food is a marvel. Warm oysters with foie gras were my starter, and the famous "sea balloon" was an explosion of flavor. As for the fruit sabayon dessert, it was exquisite, accompanied by a very good bottle of local white wine. A big thank you to the chef.

At Petit Moka, the owner, Olivier, it's always packed with people. His crepes and various other things are great, and don't forget his famous ice cream! Yes, it's an address in Sète not to be missed. 08/05/2026: Incredible, I still can't believe it. Passing through Sète, and after a lovely meal at La Coquerie, we decided to buy a few bottles of wine at this wine shop. Since the shop opened at 5 pm, we arrived at 4:50 pm and took the liberty of sitting outside while waiting. A woman arrived on a bicycle, and we immediately sensed that we were bothering her—and I mean bothering her—by being outside her shop before it opened. She told me we were in her way and putting pressure on her before she opened. I tried to tell her we weren't in a hurry, but she remained very unpleasant. My husband couldn't stand it, and we left. "Les Bons Vivants" (The Good Life) is the name of the wine shop, unbelievable. Madam, you must be lucky enough to have too many customers to allow yourself to be so unpleasant. As for us, we will now buy good wine from another wine cellar.

01/06/2026: The old-fashioned charm of the dining room remains a major draw. The welcome and service were very professional and pleasant. The Sète-style rouille was magnificent as a main course. The octopus carpaccio was bland, and the chocolate dessert was too sweet. A pleasant time shared with friends nonetheless. The interior patio was lovely.
