11/12/2025: My friend and I stopped by today around 2 pm to enjoy a pastry. The food was perfect, but the service was sorely lacking in politeness... Being called a thief out loud in front of a full restaurant, with the pretext that we hadn't paid, and having this claim, which turned out to be false, persisted is UNACCEPTABLE!! After you took the time to check (in short, to do your job), you didn't even have the courtesy to apologize.

12/12/2025: This is our fourth time eating at this lovely restaurant, and we've never been disappointed: the food is absolutely superb, made exclusively with fresh ingredients, prepared to order. The staff is competent and friendly, all within the unique atmosphere of the Sète market halls. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

22/03/2026: A fabulous discovery in Sète ❤️❤️❤️ 100% homemade cuisine, prepared with love, simplicity, and incredible flavor. There were five of us, and we each ordered a "hot air balloon from the sea," their current specialty—a pure delight! The desserts are also homemade, which is rare, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. We were welcomed like family, and had a wonderful evening 🥰🥰 We will definitely be back!

17/03/2026: For our team meal A top-notch welcome, a truly authentic restaurant run by real professionals! Just the way we like them. An assortment of extraordinary starters: excellent octopus carpatio, razor clams with garlic and parsley, small scallops, thieves, deviled eggs with crab, and verrines of octopus salad, all made with fresh ingredients. The chef is fantastic and also very friendly, as is his wife, who provides exceptional service—a truly lovely person. The Sète-style rouille served as a main course with spaghetti was superb. I highly recommend it and would love to return with my family. Well done, don't change a thing!

04/04/2026: We visited this restaurant during our stopover in Sète and received a warm welcome, which immediately put us at ease. The entire table agreed to choose the "set menu." We began with an amuse-bouche, which hinted at the quality of the dishes to come, followed by a starter that lived up to our expectations. Next, we enjoyed the main courses: the meat was exquisite, and the fish equally remarkable. Finally, the cheese course and dessert brought the meal to a light close, with refined flavors lingering on the palate. In conclusion: impeccable service, a meal that fully satisfied us, and an ideal setting.

17/01/2026: The €32.90 set menu featured a minimalist sea bass ceviche and very bland, minimalist spinach ravioli: a shame, a chef should know how to showcase the ingredients, and a little more generosity would have been appreciated! The temperature was a bit low for a winter evening!

21/04/2026: We had lunch at Porto Pollo on a Sunday. The mussels marinière and the grilled cuttlefish were very good. The waiters were super friendly and helpful. They also allowed us to have lunch with our dog.

18/04/2026: The food was really not great. We had the tasteless mussels marinière and the cuttlefish stew, which was unfortunately no better... a shame for such a beautiful location. Luckily, the waiters were very pleasant.

20/04/2026: I can only highly recommend Terre et Mer. From my perspective, innovative and very, very good. From the small appetizer, starter, main course to dessert. The service: attentive, kept an eye on the bread, refilled when needed, replaced the bottle of water before it ran out or we asked for it, he picked out good wines all the way.
