17/02/2026: The fondue was very average and the dessert was the Metro brand fondant that came out of the microwave.

25/04/2026: The cake order was not fulfilled in its entirety. There was no apple pie, even though it was ordered. No refund was issued, only a credit note. To top it all off, the birthday child's age wasn't mentioned on the plaque, and there was no apology or refund for that either. Considering the price paid, this is unacceptable.

05/04/2026: We've been to this pastry and chocolate shop several times. The hot chocolate is very good. The pastries are a bit pricey because, although they're good, they lack that incredible flair that justifies the price. For Easter, we bought a Dolce de Leche figurine, which was nice but a bit small, as well as the Rocher egg. The egg was a disappointment: the chocolate was very thin and nothing special, the chocolate treats were good but there were far too few for a filled egg whose shell was already too thin.

03/11/2025: We stopped by Charly's and were thrilled. Home-style cooking, very tasty (free-range chicken) in a warm atmosphere, served by a charming lady...at a very reasonable price... Thank you again! 🤗 I highly recommend it.

10/01/2026: Purchase made from the online store. The website doesn't inspire much confidence (numerous bugs), no email confirmation once the order is placed (which doesn't improve trust), but the package arrived right on time to be placed under the Christmas tree and was well received by its recipient.

18/01/2026: The food is very good, but not all the servers are smiling, except for the youngest one. Don't hesitate to make a reservation!

21/12/2025: I was quite disappointed with this restaurant. The initial welcome was good, but the food was bland and of poor quality. The restaurant recycles leftover sauces from other customers. I found a French fry in my sauce even though we didn't have any on our table. The waiter was aggressive, and the owner offered no apology or compensation, even though I ate from someone else's sauce… The portion sizes varied wildly for the price. Frankly, they need to go back to basics in the restaurant business and customer service.
