04/04/2024: Corporate seminar meal, March 18, 2024, the opportunity to discover this very beautiful brasserie! Very warm welcome, welcoming places too. Pleasant staff, and above all, because we go there to eat: very good cuisine! The fresh smoothie for dessert, killer! This little slightly minty cream and the pieces of mango, served in a pineapple-shaped glass, was great! I recommend 100%, my colleagues at TDF also really appreciated it. Good address! THANKS!

I recommend the appetizer boards.
18/02/2024: Nice place in a pretty natural setting in the company of the Loire for lack of having the sea to clear the mind pleasant to read, rest, have a drink and enjoy the concerts loco too bad I find the prices a bit too high for a tavern they are more expensive than in town!

However if you are hungry, there are other more generous Lebanese, the portions here are really small and the staff really not accommodating
01/04/2024: While passing through Tours for the weekend, we discovered this address by chance and we were not disappointed. Great welcome and service from Ali who went out of his way because he was all alone in the dining room, he kept in a good mood to serve us excellent food! We ate really well, it was plentiful, well seasoned and above all delicious. If you go to Tours I can only recommend this address for traveling to Lebanon. 🌟

30/03/2024: An excellent discovery. 4 of us went there on a Friday evening. The service was very fast, the servers pleasant.
The cuisine is very fine with a varied menu and interesting dishes.
I had a dish of scallops accompanied by lemon, fennel and dill pasta and the dish was delicious with an assortment of exotic fruits for dessert with a rum/lemon granita and a white chocolate/passion fruit sauce. . I highly recommend this address!

01/04/2024: Very good restaurant where you eat very well. I highly recommend it for dinner. The atmosphere is great with this “school” decor. The dishes and wines offered are perfect. Only the crème brûlée was too "liquid" but a misstep and obviously permissible when everything else is good.
Good value for money.
The only flaw: the young waitresses lack discipline and rigor. Too much criticism and sneering from them when they are right behind the customers. When we eat (it was 7:30 p.m.) we don't like hearing them calculate at what time they will be able to debauch and who is the last boy they spoke to. We also don't like hearing them dragging their feet throughout the restaurant.

But unfortunately the reality was different
poor reception
Catastrophic service, all the young, outdated waitresses absolutely not up to par
As for the vulgar meal plate of industrial charcuterie
Or andouillette toast without andouillettes
The dish supposedly a beuchelle but obviously without sweetbreads
It would have been better to call this dish kidneys with tagliatelle, it would be less misleading to the customer.
To finish the creme brulee was good
Fortunately they forgot to charge us for the aperitifs
We spent 3 days in Tours and luckily we found wonderful restaurants at the same price but with a much higher quantity

06/04/2024: Cuisine not exceptional. Too many different dishes to choose from. €14 for a small pasta gratin is a bit excessive. Not too bad atmosphere for a drink instead.
02/04/2024: The cuisine, service, choice and prices are high average. A small downside for me: the noise (tested on a Saturday evening!). Maybe quieter during the week.

30/03/2024: A team that ensures both the welcome and the food. Pep's in the dishes and a very careful presentation. Seasonal products, spices and sauces, always very balanced, burst in the mouth. Bravo and continue to delight and surprise us. A sure value and a very nice reference in the center of Tours.

30/03/2024: We entered this restaurant by chance, we were the first, we did not dare to take the raclette and chose the steak of beef with blue sauce and pepper sauce, very good, and we regretted not having taken the raclette when we saw around us those who ate it!!!!! We will return there for a few months during a next stay in Tours to discover other castles.
In short, don't hesitate to open the door of "the greedy mouse" Rue Colbert 😉👍😋

30/12/2023: Bold, surprising and delicious cuisine. We returned a dish because it was very very salty, it came back a little too salty, too bad it was scrambled eggs. We were not offered coffee or hot drinks!. Chairs are extremely uncomfortable over 30 years old!!! What a shame for such a refined place and such a precious chef.
29/12/2023: Creative dishes using simple seasonal products, with a desire to please us, and a fair balance of flavors serving the basic product.
The service is impeccable, the plates and cutlery are superb, carefully selected, the atmosphere is peaceful, a pure moment of happiness for all the senses, well done!
