07/09/2024: The food was good and the ambiance was ok even though everything was greasy and run down. We had a very bad experience with the staff. They were slow and pretty rude. They were not happy that our toddler was playing outside while we were waiting for the dessert menu (that never came). Would never go back and would not recommend it to anyone.

15/08/2024: Great welcome. The bowls are very good, tasty and very fresh. Upstairs a room is available for eating on site. I definitely recommend for a lunch break!

12/07/2024: Very good French-Japanese inspired cuisine. The service is fast and the whole team is very friendly. Little favorite for the cury chicken sandwich with honey mustard sauce and boudha bowl, which is good and plentiful.

17/07/2024: Service très aimable , terrasse avec ses expositions sud et ouest qui permettent de profiter également soit du soleil soit d'ne ombre bienvenue . L'ambiance de la salle est agréable . L'entretien général ne semble pas être le souci de la direction, l'escalier qui dessert les toilettes couvert d'une moquette sans doute mal choisie mais très sale, l' aperçu sur la cuisine ferait frémir les services sanitaires. Une institution grenobloise qui gagnerait à moins de négligence.

15/09/2024: Déjà merci pour être ouvert le dimanche. Les plats sont qualitatifs, les saveurs sont là . Rien à dire. On choisit son repas et ses boissons sur une tablette. Soit. C'est ludique !! Un bémol cependant pour notre table de deux. Nous avons hérité de l'espace le plus exiguë de l'étage.

05/09/2024: My first time at the brasserie Fantin Latour for lunch, it was an exceptional experience with dishes that were tastefully presented. The taste of each new dish was exceptionally curated with local ingredients, picked by the chef himself in the Alps. There was a story about the chef mountain climbing every Monday to collect some herbs, it added to the charm of the place. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere even though we were in the first room near the entrance with lots of people coming in and out. I'll come back for more

01/09/2024: After having tested and appreciated their gourmet cuisine we tried a theme evening - barbecue in the garden - and what a disappointment. For me, the dishes are not up to par at all. From the buffet I remember four positive things: the bread (always excellent), the mushroom terrine, the gravelax salmon and the cheeses (nice selection and very good maturation). The rest is good but not worthy of the price point - a little over €100 for two with a bottle of entry-level wine. Starters with lots of legumes (fortunately there wasn't just that but they were simple preparations). The meats were too dry, the two vegetables were not cooked enough - beyond the crunch, the fennel is even quite indigestible. As for dessert, it was poor: a cake that was much too heavy (cheesecake type with a very thick biscuit), apricots in too sweet syrup, a crepe Suzette from which mainly came out the bitterness and the alcohol which was not enough flamed. On the other hand, the service is top notch. I didn't expect so much attention for a buffet meal. The garden is quite pleasant without being particularly pretty. I'm going to try a buffet formula one last time in Narbonne "aux grands buffets" and if disappointment is expected again I will avoid for good this formula which I don't particularly like. My suggestion until then: you go to your “favorite” caterer, you indulge in what you buy, even if it means having half a lobster, you buy a bottle of wine that makes you happy and you find yourself a corner of greenery which dominates Grenoble. That's it, no regrets, beautiful memories with your soul mate who will find your gesture very romantic, and what's more, you will have spent much less money. 07/08/2024: Depuis le changement de propriétaire le café des arts retrouve tout son potentiel. Le cadre, les plats, le service excellent. Je félicite la patronne et tout le personnel, au passage le gratin etait une tuerie !

23/07/2024: Das Restaurant ist an einer gemütlichen Lage in Ornans. Seit Juni 24 wird das Restaurant von einem neuen Team geführt. Aus diesem Grund sind die alten Bewertungen nicht mehr aussagekräftig! Wir waren mehrmals im Café des Arts und jedesmal war die Bedienung äusserst freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr humorvoll! Das Essen hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt und war schön angerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für uns. Wir empfehlen einen Besuch in diesem Restaurant wärmstens!

30/06/2024: Friendly, rather relaxed welcome. Unfortunately I did not find the dishes and the service up to the standard of a gourmet restaurant even though that is the ambition displayed on their website. The background music was also not to my taste (a sort of generic low vocals looped throughout the meal) The price remains reasonable for the quality of the food, and the vegetarian options are of good quality.

23/06/2024: We came to eat at this restaurant twice and we loved the experience each time. Each dish is a culinary experience, we feel like we are traveling with every bite. We recommend this restaurant!!!!
