04/04/2026: Simply a delight, top-notch service, a very pleasant atmosphere, and the Dubai chocolate tart was absolutely divine. Bravo to the whole team.
05/02/2026: We came on Wednesday evening, February 4th.
There were three of us friends, and we had a great time at this establishment.
We recommend it for its ambiance and refined dishes at very reasonable prices.
The staff is very friendly, attentive, and professional.
We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.

28/03/2026: When you step inside the pastry shop, you're always pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the desserts, which are as beautiful as they are delicious. It's a real pleasure to be served by the sales assistant, who always has a smile on her face.
A truly wonderful discovery at L'Instant Framboise. As for the pastries, the pain au chocolat is excellent, as is the apple turnover. I go there regularly, and each time I have a delightful culinary experience.
21/03/2026: A coffee, a whim of Antoine's for me this morning. The simplicity of a moment of pure delight for the taste buds. Friendliness and a smile were on hand.

16/04/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Perraud's. The menu is limited, but that's a good sign. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality. The cooking, especially of the fish, was perfect. The service is discreet yet very efficient. I highly recommend it.
29/03/2026: We booked a table for two at Perraud's for 8 pm three days before our dinner.
When we arrived, only one table for two was available, right by the restaurant's entrance, with the constant flow of people coming and going, letting in the cold air... and opposite, the restroom door was always open.
I find it really disappointing that such a restaurant doesn't prioritize quality (especially when booking three days in advance) and focuses on maximizing the number of customers.
Fortunately, we did have a very good meal; the food was excellent. We won't be giving a positive review for this particular evening.

30/03/2026: Very clean, comfortable beds. The road running past the hotel is virtually inaudible with the windows closed.
Breakfast is plentiful.
Free parking with a barrier.
27/01/2026: This is my second stay at this hotel. The rooms are modern, with an espresso machine (not common, as they usually use freeze-dried coffee), and comfortable bedding.
The room and bathroom were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. It's centrally located with the added bonus of free parking.
The breakfast was standard.

The servers and the owner are always attentive and very efficient—in short, excellent professionals! And I highly recommend the hanger steak with shallots. Simply divine! Thank you to the chef! I highly recommend it!

14/02/2026: The professionalism isn't what it used to be, and the crepes aren't as good anymore... what a shame!
13/02/2026: Recently changed ownership and now it's a restaurant to avoid.
No bread, no fries, so we got a butcher's cut (ground beef size) with salad because there were no other sides. Homemade galettes bought from the supermarket and crispy mushrooms.
No banana for our Nutella and banana crepes—in short, a complete farce. When it came time to pay, we asked for a discount, and the only thing she said was, "I made a big gesture; I offered you the only coffee and four roses for the women." In short, she has absolutely no business sense.

We received a very warm welcome; the waitress was very friendly and pleasant.
We had a very good meal.
We will definitely return.
01/02/2026: Despite four servers standing around with their arms crossed in front of us, we were forgotten for 30 minutes. We had to make ourselves known. At the same time, the person next to us, who arrived much later, was having dessert. Our main courses finally arrived after 55 minutes...
The wine server, however, was very friendly, hence the second star 🙃.
For your information, the restaurant was only half full.
As for the dishes, the hanger steak was very tough to cut and even tougher to chew, served with what looked like frozen fries. I didn't finish my meal. The chicken in Vin Jaune sauce wasn't bad, but it wasn't cheap.

07/03/2026: The most expensive and worst traditional baguette in Lons-le-Saunier: €1.25 for a small, incredibly floury baguette. On a Saturday in Lons, I had no choice because the other bakeries were closed or had run out. BAD EXPERIENCE
