26/07/2024: Je n’y étais pas venue depuis au moins 10 ans car j’habite dans le sud de la France. Quel plaisir de retrouver cette bonne table. Les foies sont excellents, j’écris les foies parce que j’ai gouté dans l’assiette de mes amis. Les parts sont généreuses. L’endroit est bucolique, nous étions sous les chênes. Avec le temps….le services est toujours un peu lent, mais c’est l’occasion de profiter de ses amis.

26/07/2024: Cadre très agréable au milieu des arbres, accueil chaleureux, plats copieux et délicieux avec de l’originalité pour certains. Un restaurant à essayer sans hésiter que nous recommandons très largement !

17/08/2024: Today I ate a plate of local meats (classic cold meats, two cherry tomatoes, two gherkins cut into strips as well as two/three small peppers, a small piece of unripe melon and 3 small pieces of sheep's cheese) and a ramekin of frozen French fries. I got it for 20 euros. With two beers and a coffee I got a total of 30.50 euros!! I certainly arrived after 1:30 p.m. but I felt that I was disturbing the boss. At this price and under these conditions I would have preferred to be told that the service was over. This is the first time I've written a review but it's not for nothing. Other customers next to me also looked surprised by the amount of pain!! Maybe it's because we weren't from here, that's all??

17/08/2024: Lunch for 2, we had the menu of the day: strips of beef with onions, potatoes, raw vegetables and floating island for dessert. Well cooked, fair quantity, affordable price. Fast service, responsive and relaxed owner. Simple, good and effective!

04/11/2024: Great little “restaurant” the sandwiches are really good and fresh. 5.50€ for the chicken sandwich (my favorite) Then their maxi cookies are really too great. I've been taking it since high school, so it's been 15 years already and it's still just as good. I gave my children a taste and they are also fans.

19/09/2024: L'accueil est très familial, sympathique... une grande terrasse permet de déjeuner avec son chien ! Les plats sont bons et copieux, le service rapide. Au vu de ce constat, nous y sommes revenus une 2ème fois lors de notre bref séjour dans le secteur !!

18/08/2025: It was very, very hot in the Landes region in mid-August! Sophie offered me a spot for my van in the shade under the barn. I was able to cook there, shower in the outdoor toilets, relax in the air-conditioned living room, have cold drinks, and enjoy hearty and excellent breakfasts. Sophie and Miike were very friendly and allowed me to spend two nights in a safe and quiet place. Even though you can hear the road during the day, the nights are quiet. They have animals (goats, chickens, and a cat) and were happy to bring my dog. Thank you to them!

22/07/2025: We spent a weekend at the hotel, and the owners were lovely, very helpful and attentive at all times. The rooms were beautiful and spacious.

08/08/2024: Accueil par la patronne exceptionnelle! Endroit un peu vieillot, la décoration n’est pas à jour.. dommage. Au niveau du repas , le rapport qualité prix est pas au top. Très cher pour la recherche et les goûts. Le plateau de fromage est beau mais pas d’affinage particulier.
