16/09/2024: We start the week well at the Louisiana Café, traveling the week with hearty and gourmet meals always with music. And the weekend is always lively with music groups selected for their talents. A caring owner and waitress, always very pleasant and charming. Thank you ❤️

20/07/2024: Pour la deuxième fois nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant. Nous avons pris le menu à 33€. C’était délicieux et copieux. En entrée, salade landaise très bonne avec foie gras, gésiers chauds, jambon, magret de canard et salade avec pignons. Nous avions pris la pièce du boucher en plat, servi avec sauce champignons et pommes de terre grenailles, délicieux avec une parfaite cuisson. Le dessert, fondant au chocolat et déclinaison de poire. Très bon. Le tout servi avec un verre de vin au choix. Le service a été impeccable et l’ambiance feutrée comme nous aimons. Nous le recommandons et y retournerons.

12/05/2024: So what can I say… A place that can only be described as magical If you are looking for a place in Dax to mix fun, smile, musical evening or even world cuisine, I can only recommend this place!!! First of all, the welcome is just extraordinary, the employees are all smiling and this at 8 p.m. as well as at 2 a.m. shows that it still exists!! Very, very qualitative bar service responsiveness mixing speed, kindness and unequal customer relations! It is rare to see servers and even the boss happy and happy to do the work as well as to see or see his customers again!!! In addition, the prices are more than reasonable and the music is enough to make some local nightclubs jealous! In short, one piece of advice is the place to eat and party in Dax and I would even go further to FRANCE!!!! After these words, all I have left to do is wish you a pleasant time and, I hope, a wonderful customer experience!! 26/11/2025: A comfortable hotel where you feel right at home. The room was clean and functional. Special mention for the meals (breakfast and dinner), which were very good. A very warm welcome. Friendly and smiling staff. A great place to stay.

21/09/2024: Merci au petit Sainte Marie et a toute son équipe, Alain et son équipe en salle ,Denis et son équipe en cuisine ,nous avons passez une journée exceptionnelle grace a vous !!! Alain est très généreux, célébrer un mariage dans un restaurant n’est pas chose facile et peux être ennuyeux à préparer, mais Alain a accepte et nous a toujours assuré ,que tout allait bien ce passer en étant sur de couvrir tout les risques,spécialement les risques de pluie. Denis a été merveilleux et a fait un travail extraordinaire pour tout les convives présent pour notre mariage. Il a travaillé dure pour créer un menu qui a nourri une cinquantaine de personnes et a toujours recherché notre conseil pour être certain que tout nous conviendrait et le résultat final a montré a quel point il s’est investis pour cet événement. Et nous lui en sommes très reconnaissant. Nous ne pouvons que recommandés “Au petit Sainte Marie” le restaurant est magique et la nourriture est tout aussi excellente. 21/08/2024: Restaurant dated on the outside but very well maintained and decorated on the inside. Excellent food, service a little slow but we forget it in front of the quality of the dishes. I recommend
