26/01/2025: The museum cafeteria is not intended for tourists. From 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. you can only have lunch there and the Sunday I went there was fully booked. I couldn't even drink a coffee or a glass of water. I had to go out into the wind and rain and go to the station to get something to drink... Too bad.

21/02/2026: Hidden gem in Nantes! I had a fantastic experience at this charming little crêperie. Both the galettes and the crêpes were absolutely delicious,perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere is very cozy and authentic, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a traditional meal in a relaxed setting. If you’re in Nantes, this spot is a must-visit for anyone who loves high-quality French crêpes!

21/02/2026: A restaurant that loves to please its customers! I didn't even know restaurants still existed with €4 desserts at lunchtime... Great atmosphere, very good food, competitive prices. In short, a great restaurant.

06/02/2026: Arriving at 10:30 pm (an hour late after a show at the Cité des Congrès), we were greeted with a smile. Being able to still have dinner at that hour in Nantes is rare enough to be worth mentioning. Generous and delicious bistro fare, and excellent staff and service. Highly recommended!

I recommend you try the patatas bravas, the breaded chicken, the Valençay wine, and don't forget the Muscadet. In short, there's something for everyone! And as a bonus, plenty of lively evenings. 25/01/2026: A small restaurant near Place Graslin, a superb dinner from appetizer to dessert. A warm welcome and impeccable service in a cheerful atmosphere. I highly recommend it. Don't miss it. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. I hope to return soon to try their lunch menu.

13/02/2026: I sat down at a table at the restaurant Le Canclaux, which I highly recommend. The welcome was warm, the food was magnificent, very well served, and the price was quite reasonable.

21/01/2026: If you're visiting Nantes and can only go to a few restaurants, this should be one of them. If you like steak, their onglet de boeuf is the best steak we've ever had, anywhere, of any kind -- I don't care what cut, or if it's slathered in foir gras -- their onglet is our favorite steak, and we don't know why. Everything we've ever tried there (and we go there often and like variety) has exceeded our expectations. Reservations are a must, because we're not the only ones who've discovered this place. Some places excel in either their starters or their desert, but here it's hard to have only one or the other. Their menu, which changes regularly, typically has 3-5 starters, 5-7 mains, and 3-5 deserts, so always a good variety, and always something new. We strongly recommend.

21/02/2026: We went to this restaurant for dinner tonight, what a treat! Everything was excellent, the service was impeccable, the music was just right—not too loud, not too quiet—and the decor is really lovely. Bonus points for the ribeye steak and profiteroles, which made the meal truly exceptional. Plus, we booked through TheFork, which sometimes offers discounts in the evening. We'll definitely be back.

20/02/2026: A perfect welcome for my daughter and a friend. We were seated in a great spot for a quiet chat. Meat was the main dish on the menu, but delicious (I'd love the recipe for the braised chuck roast). The homemade fries were a hit... Whether for a business lunch or a family meal, it's a great choice. The staff were particularly friendly and welcoming. A lollipop for my daughter 😉

02/02/2026: Excellent food, as usual! It's hard to choose just one dish; you want to try everything. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming; you feel very welcome. Just one small complaint: the cashier at the end of the meal wasn't very friendly or welcoming. A shame...

20/01/2026: This restaurant transported us back to the culinary art of the 80s. In just a few minutes, you're transported 40 years back in time, much to your delight. The 80s are evident not only in the food but also in the decor. Everything was delicious. If there's one area for improvement, it's the cooking of the fish, which was a little overcooked, even by 80s standards.

21/02/2026: The pastries weren't anything special. The products didn't live up to the establishment's location. The service was very rushed. The place is very pretty but too touristy. You can tell it's a money-making machine. What a shame.

20/02/2026: Very warm welcome, pleasant service, cheerful atmosphere. A little disappointed by the profiteroles, which were supposedly exceptional but were quite ordinary; the choux pastry lacked freshness.
