25/07/2026: A Michelin-starred restaurant, and it's easy to see why. Excellent offerings from start to finish. A dish not ordered by one of the guests was graciously replaced with a cheese platter. Creations and imagination abound, pleasing both the palate and the eyes—everything came together perfectly. And a little taste of Brittany on the plate, too... Coffee was offered on the terrace at the end. The staff were charming, efficient, and discreet—true artistry. Thank you to my husband's colleagues for this retirement gift! 🙂

08/07/2026: We had lunch at the restaurant – a fantastic menu – whether it was the sardine with aubergine – a great combination – or the pigeon breast – cooked to perfection – with the dessert as a worthy finale – apricot with rosemary and honey – truly excellent. Local wines were also available – it was a pleasure.

01/08/2026: Back to Dînette for a summer afternoon treat, and it's still just as delicious 😄 The iconic trio of cakes on their menu: the cheesecake, the pistachio and strawberry financier, and a perfectly balanced Nantes cake, light and subtly rum-flavored—a rare find in cafés! All accompanied by their always-perfect homemade iced tea 🍹 Dec. 2025: Impeccable service, a very warm welcome from the team, and an excellent brunch with flavorful dishes! For me, the spinach shakshuka was delicious, perfectly seasoned; a lovely seasonal twist! The cheesecake was a complete success in terms of both flavor and texture, in my opinion 👌🏻 The only minor drawback: the lack of a menu on the website. It would be helpful to be able to take a look at it before making a reservation, in particular 🙂

23/07/2026: Everything is hearty and delicious. This is my fourth time eating here; the food is excellent, everything is homemade. This will become a go-to address for me to share with all my friends and family who come to Nantes. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. I recommend booking to get a table. The restaurant is very popular with regulars, and the prices are reasonable for this quality. I highly recommend it.

13/07/2026: Excellent restaurant in Nantes! Le Franklin offers delicious cuisine at a great price. The dishes are well-prepared, generous, and served with genuine care—the staff is welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the meal. A minor drawback was the "French toast-style brioche" dessert: the slice was a little thin and seemed overcooked in butter, which masked the delicate flavor of the milk and egg mixture in the traditional recipe. It's a shame, because with a gentler cooking method, the dessert would have been perfect. Despite this small detail, Le Franklin remains an excellent restaurant that I would recommend without hesitation for its quality, service, and atmosphere.

03/07/2026: I had a great experience at this restaurant on two separate occasions. The air-conditioned dining room is particularly pleasant. The salmon tartare was excellent, and the cocktails were more than good. I highly recommend it.

03/07/2026: Fantastic takeaway experience at Roza today! We tried both fish sandwiches: pollack and octopus, and they were exceptional! The bread is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and it's a refreshing change from the usual takeaway lunches. I was already familiar with the restaurant (which I love), and the takeaway is definitely on the same level! Highly recommended, go for it!
