Only good products and a great presentation of each dish.
Very well accompanied by wines.
Only 1 downside for us, why let us get on the boat 3/4 hours before leaving?? Especially since we were in direct sunlight behind the windows.

02/09/2024: Venez goûter la tartelette aux figues fraîches. Une nouveauté. Subtil mélange de saveurs, pas trop sucrée, pâte brisée craquante à souhait et beaucoup de figues. Quant au reste, que de choix! Une découverte.
15/07/2024: We went through Stéphane Pasco to create our son's baptism cake and we were not disappointed with the choice: the choux buns were excellent (I don't like cabbages), the cake cake was very beautiful. and personalized.

08/09/2024: Not a nice evening. You will notice the reviews go from 5 stars to 2, we hit the 2 night. Good luck. There's something odd going on here, I had the feeling staff were trying to mess with each other at the guest expense. Very strange.

15/01/2025: We stopped at this restaurant, seeing the very appetizing lunch menu.
We enjoyed ourselves from starter to dessert, everything was well presented, very good, plentiful and the service was perfect.
In addition, the setting is very nice and warm.
In short, we will come back with pleasure.

27/01/2025: Friendly, no-fuss atmosphere, ideal for a meal with colleagues. The tartare accompanied by new potatoes was incredibly thin but hearty!
09/12/2024: Please note, this establishment only serves light meals in the evening (croque monsieur and desserts), the full menu is available at lunchtime. The bar is open all day.
The croque-monsieur are decent for the price, it helps out well.

30/08/2024: We had a great evening at La Moulerie Brûle-Doigts in Nantes. The mussels marinière were delicious, accompanied by crispy homemade fries. The service was warm. An address to recommend without hesitation
28/08/2024: We ordered mussels brûle-Doigts, harengs marinés salad à la crème de coliandre and accras de morue and muscadet wine. The food was delicious and the mussels were delicious, the wine is typical of the region and was very delicious too. 3 people ate, the mussels plate was very large and came with fries.
We would return for the food, although the staff was a bit unfriendly.

27/06/2024: For a group of elderly people with canes no elevator, go up two more floors to go to the toilet, more stairs. I never saw that. No cheese platter.

16/01/2025: I had a pleasant time in this restaurant. The truffle rillettes were particularly tasty, with a creamy texture and delicate aroma. However, I found the value for money of the bribes a bit excessive.
I recommend this establishment.

31/08/2024: Finally a friendly place in the City Center where regulars and people passing through are welcomed WITH a smile.
Try to stop by one morning when the chef is COOKING, it will make you want to come back for lunch.
The staff is efficient and friendly even (or especially) when there are crowds. I noticed that there was very little turnover. This is a positive sign for me. But come and see for yourself ;-)

20/12/2023: The retro decoration is great, the homemade cocktails are nothing to write home about! Very good ! And the prices are very reasonable! For those nostalgic for the good old days I recommend!
