17/03/2024: First visit last night and very disappointed. 4 tasting menus chosen for the table. The menu is advertised as “let yourself be carried away by the chef’s inspiration”. In the end, the chef's inspiration is limited to taking the 2 starters and 2 main courses from a menu and serving them in smaller portions. The chef must have been lacking inspiration that evening... On the contents of the plates. Entree1: foie gras roujet assembled without condiments to soften the foie gras and spiced up the roujet. Starter 2: quenelle with emulsion. Very very good emulsion but the quenelle a little floury. Dish 1.: huge disappointment. Scallops (very well cooked) but which are presented resting in a wine sauce with bacon. !?!?. Dried split pea niochi.. I stop my comments there. I expected better from this address given the other comments I really appreciate the other establishment that I will continue to favor.

03/04/2024: Very nice discovery for this restaurant located a stone's throw from Châteaucreux station and thanks to the Google reviews because without these reviews, we would not have had the idea of ​​going there! The service was impeccable, the menu excellent, in short it is with great pleasure that we will come back to eat. The room is not very large, which gives a cozy and intimate feel to the restaurant, and a guarantee of quality for refined cuisine full of flavors. I highly recommend!

Deep fryer style cooking with a characteristic taste and what's more.... far too soaked in oil, hello calorie management!!! See the last photos added for traditional cooking.... Here it seems that profitability predominates, no cured ham but a simple white ham on the menu, like in a bistro in Sainté that I know very well.... and which supplies Métro with an inexpensive product cooked in a cloth. I say quite often that a professional's trash is a good indicator and who is not Bertrand 😊. I forget, the poor fresh cheese called Sarasson is served at an additional cost. Overall it's a poor service/price ratio because even the fries 🍟 from the children's menu, priced at around €10, have this pungent taste. For visitors, the typical viewpoint of the city is the Guizay towards Ricamarie.
