14/02/2026: We came for Valentine's Day dinner, and it was our first experience there—fantastic from start to finish. The dining room is truly beautiful, with a very warm and elegant atmosphere. The food was delicious and well worth the price, as the portions were generous and full of flavor. My sincere respect to the owner, who runs the restaurant single-handedly all evening while still taking the time to chat with his customers and providing impeccable service. I highly recommend you come and discover it; you won't regret it.

13/12/2025: We went for lunch with friends during the week at this restaurant overlooking a beautiful valley. The meal cost €18 and included a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert, plus an amuse-bouche. Everything was delicious and original. All the dishes we ate were new to us, very well prepared, and had a perfect balance of flavors. In short, a highly recommended restaurant, located in a place where you can enjoy lovely walks afterward.

24/02/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant while simply looking for parking near the Châteaucreux train station—and what a wonderful surprise! The owner is exceptionally kind and welcoming, a rare quality these days. You immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is reminiscent of small restaurants from the 1950s: simple, authentic, and warm. The traditional French cuisine is remarkably well-executed. We ordered calf's head and wild boar stew, followed by a rum baba for dessert—everything was perfectly cooked, generous, and delicious. The Pinot Noir served at the table was absolutely memorable and complemented the dishes beautifully. And above all, don't forget the local water, Parot, which is also worth discovering. A truly wonderful find. Highly recommended.
