25/07/2026: We had two wonderful weeks at Boulede with our 3 children (aged 6, 8, and 10)! The grounds are spacious, offer plenty of privacy, and have many facilities (2 swimming pools, trampoline, pétanque, table tennis, etc.). Owners Karen and Rolf are incredibly hospitable and are happy to help suggest suitable excursions in the area. Various activities are also organized at Boulede itself—entirely without obligation—such as painting courses for the whole family, massages, table d’hotes (a fantastic plant-based dinner prepared by daughter Danne!!), babysitting options, and yoga classes. The cottage was pleasant, well-maintained, and fully equipped (we stayed in La Bouchonniere). We would love to come back sometime!

02/07/2026: We had a fantastic holiday at Boulède! We stayed in Le Tonnelier, a beautiful and fully furnished holiday home where absolutely everything has been thought of. Despite the high temperatures outside, it remained wonderfully cool inside. And for extra cooling off, there was, of course, the lovely swimming pool. Our daughter was never bored for a single moment. She could run around freely, swim endlessly, and have a great time playing on and by the trampoline. The grounds are ideal for families and exude peace and space. Karen and Rolf are incredibly hospitable, easily reachable, and enthusiastically provide great tips for the surrounding area. You feel welcome immediately. In short: a place where you truly lack nothing and can fully relax. Exactly how a holiday should be. We will definitely be back here again!

02/08/2026: A very pleasant restaurant, superb setting. The waitress was absolutely fantastic. Excellent, very generous portions. We booked at the last minute and we're delighted with our choice. 02/08/2026: A wonderful discovery on this Friday evening at the end of July. We received a very warm welcome from the owners. We started with a kir (white wine and blackcurrant liqueur) and a local blonde beer, Maltéo. Then, for starters, marinated beef carpaccio with parmesan shavings and basil, followed by a salad of scallops and prawns sautéed with garlic and parsley. Our main courses consisted of pan-seared sea bream fillet, risotto, mussels and scallops, and oven-roasted duck confit with Sarlat-style potatoes. For dessert, we enjoyed a pavlola with seasonal fruit and sorbet, and a three-chocolate crisp. To round off our meal, we had Limoncello and Calvados. The chef is skilled at both cooking and plating, creating dishes that are pleasing to both the palate and the eye. The owner suggested local wines (Buzet red and Gascony white) to complement the dishes, which were perfectly paired. Very friendly people, we recommend stopping by their table. You'll have a great time. Enjoy your meal!

18/07/2026: Came off the road to charge our car and were looking for lunch. Place was amazing, the outside seated area is nice and cool, and the food portions were very generous and equally delicious. Staff were also very friendly and overall our lunch was great, highly recommended if passing by through the A62.

03/08/2026: I was disappointed by this restaurant, which has locations all over France. The mussels were far too small, giving an impression of poor quality. As for the beer, it was too warm, which is a shame for this type of establishment.

31/07/2026: A lovely little family snack break that everyone enjoyed. Delicious and generously filled waffles and crepes. Friendly staff.

27/05/2026: How can I describe the pleasure we had in our superior room with its king-size bed, incredible walk-in shower, and… a truly royal breakfast!!!! All this, plus a wonderful welcome, lovely conversations, and a simplicity that perfectly matched the quality of our stay! 18/07/2026: I ordered a Gascon salad for lunch today. Disappointed 🥵 The seasoning was practically nonexistent, lots of greens...very bland. The presentation on the plate was rather sad. What a shame...the service was very pleasant and professional, regardless of who served us. My friend had the steak tartare and was satisfied. The noise from the restaurant next door bothered us a lot.
