05/11/2024: Calm and affordable comfort in a majestic setting.

01/11/2024: We had a lovely family costume party yesterday for Halloween. The Château Saint Marcel was decorated for the occasion as well as the staff. The atmosphere was dimmed with candles. Dinner was surprising. And we had a superb participatory magic show with Thierry Geoffre, magician and mentalist. Bravo for the initiative of the evening, it’s an activity to be done again!!!

09/11/2024: Réception aimable et souriante ,vite servi avec une très belle présentation pour pas trop cher je vous le recommande surtout la sauce paradis.

20/10/2024: Salle lumineuse, restaurant situé a proximité de la gare . Rappelle le concept de l’entrecôte ou du bistrot régent. Simple , efficace, bon. Des produits frais . Service rapide et avec le sourire . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

14/09/2024: I had the crepe made with mushrooms and chicken and it was delicious. The portions are huge and the food is well priced. The service is also excellent. The owner was very kind.

05/11/2024: A real ice cream parlor with a multitude of choices and sometimes very surprising ones!! But always excellent, like the waffles and homemade whipped cream, a real killer. For a meal, succulent toast or a seasonal salad accompanied by a scoop of salty ice cream, a treat for the palate. A “highly” recommended address in summer because closed in winter. A word of advice: remember to book so as not to miss this tasting experience.

27/10/2024: I discovered this restaurant "which is out of the ordinary". Toasts or salads composed of different products (foie gras, gizzards, bacon, vegetable cheese accompanied by very original ice creams! (camembert, porcini roquefort etc.) spread over around twenty dishes The big downside is the menu... most of the dishes come with a premium (with or without ice cream, which is their specialty) and only 2 dishes (breast or confit) called "Alternatives" for the "Traditionals".... You're going to tell me Go look elsewhere Totally agree, for next time! Then the dessert menu.... A huge choice so take the time to choose! the kitchen and... Increase on a large part!! To finish in style, we had reserved 5 days in advance and the day before we called back as a courtesy to warn them that we would be 1 person less and THERE, SURPRISE.!! We weren't registered!! In short... Original restaurant, certainly, but in terms of openness to customers and management of reservations, that's not their strong point! So I think you understood me.... I won't come back

12/09/2024: L’endroit est très charmant devant une très belle bâtisse et des jets d’eau. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les serviettes en tissus, chose devenu fort rare. Les plats étaient très bien présentés, les recettes très soignées . On sent de la recherche dans les saveurs, originales. Le menu est très bien établi avec de jolies portions, et un très bon rapport qualité prix. L’équipe de service très sympathique. Jolie adresse.

30/08/2024: We were at this party where our table neighbors were copiously drunk! Superb setting, pleasant musical evening but meal of more than average quality...the gratin was not cooked...and the crunchy potatoes I don't like. ...

19/01/2025: Alright. Friendly.. But it's Sunday the service was fast, we have time. I asked for coffee later and...it arrived with dessert. Otherwise it was perfect as usual.

15/01/2025: We had a family meal and really zero service, the waitress was overwhelmed, not pleasant at all, 12:15 p.m. I ordered fries for my granddaughter, there were more, the plates were quickly served without seasoning, the bottle of wine had a sharp taste, forced to change the bottle Everyone disappointed 😞
