25/04/2026: A truly wonderful gastronomic experience, with refined and delicious cuisine. The welcome and service from both management and staff were warm and friendly. We will definitely return to Au Temple sur Lot on our next visit.

16/05/2026: A wonderful discovery at Moulin des Saveurs in Barbaste. The place is full of charm, with its cave-like dining room located directly opposite the Moulin des Tours.
Chef Sébastien Gilbert's cuisine is masterful from start to finish: excellent pan-seared foie gras, very fresh tuna tataki, perfectly seared prawns, and incredibly tender lamb. The meal ended beautifully with cheeses and a lovely pineapple-based dessert. Special mention goes to the excellent wine pairing recommendations.
The staff is attentive, and the value for money is truly exceptional for the complete menu with wines. This is a must-visit in the region, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

05/04/2026: So disappointed 😞, not friendly at all, whether it's the person making the crepes or, even worse, the servers. No smiles, no friendliness. Sir, you should change careers if retail bothers you, because everyone feels it. They make mistakes every time we order, which is a shame, and on top of that, they complain.
Go somewhere else because they don't respect their customers and don't clean the tables after each customer.
The same goes for hygiene with the crepes. The person making them (bald) touches everything, touches their nose, and handles the crepes with their hands. What a shame!

I love it, it feels like home.

15/03/2026: One of the few restaurants that welcomes you even after 9:15 PM, and even though I was alone, I received a perfectly warm welcome. I ate very well and had a great time. And frankly, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it.
12/02/2026: The pork tenderloin was overcooked, no sauce, really disappointed, the crème brûlée was very ordinary, no I do not recommend this restaurant.

It has a wonderful energy, a cozy atmosphere, and Nathanaëlle was so courteous and welcoming – thank you! The food was good and reasonably priced, thanks to the owner who's in the kitchen (I've forgotten her name!). ☹️
The restaurant also has a hotel, which must be lovely as the setting and surroundings are very inviting... but you can't have everything! 😁

11/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at Ferme Couderc at the end of summer, enjoying one of the themed evenings hosted by Antoine and Stéphanie.
We went on a Tuesday for the tapas evening. A beautiful platter was served, featuring a Norman specialty. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for this friendly and relaxed experience.
01/09/2025: We give this cottage plenty of positive points:
- Pets are welcome and well received
- Single-story cottage, perfect for little ones, suitcases, etc.
- Absolute peace and quiet and the view of the surrounding countryside from the large terrace
- The decor isn't the best, but it's more than compensated for by the peace and quiet and the view
- Cars are parked at the entrance, so children can move around safely
- Gourmet meals and breakfasts
And then there's the swimming pool, perfect for both children and adults, secure

Just one small drawback: the lack of a washing machine in the large cottage.
