30/03/2024: Since my Argentinian husband has been in France, this is the best meat he has eaten. And I confirm! You can really taste the meat from there. The rib eye steak was very tender.
The empanada was also very good, the meat was really well seasoned.
The dessert was also very good.
Small downside: I didn't like the decoration which was too simple. It would be worth adding a South American onda to make the restaurant even nicer! :)
We will come back!
28/03/2024: Meal entirely in line with the expectations of the place, we ate Burgers, a roasted Camembert and a smoked duck breast with pleasure, the slightly spicy sauce was original and perfectly seasoned our dishes, the welcome was warm and professional. I strongly advise.

14/04/2024: Great evening with great actors! Just a small remark on the length of the meal due to late guests.... as for the Languedoc 100/100 Sirah red wine served in an unlabeled bottle, the sommelier must not have tasted it before... too bad!

06/03/2024: Top restaurant! Go for the snails, you'll come back. On the cellar side, the selection by the glass is perfect, very beautiful Ligerian houses (and often organic). A very nice table in Saumur.
01/03/2024: Lunch this afternoon with my wife. The daily menu is simply sublime. The delicious appetizer, the remarkable snails, the salmon accompanied by finely seasoned leeks and a sublime clementine rosemary panacotta. The dishes are served hot, the service staff are attentive and the setting is calming. Nice wine list too. To try without hesitation.

When parking we cross several rooms to arrive in the restaurant at -11m.
Atmosphere guaranteed, the service is great and friendly.
The menu is very appetizing and plentiful.
Very good principle.
We will return there during our vacation in Saumur.
Good wine deal at the checkout during payment
08/05/2024: The young servers are nice, the setting too but that stops there. The menu and the site do not agree on the price, once at the table we go from 22€ to 26€. Having had lunch in other cellars, the quality and unlimited service were there. Big eater, there is bread to make up for it but no more in proportions. Sorry to be abrupt but outside of the atypical setting we can't find the price on the plate. We will return to a safe and quantitative value.

21/03/2024: Really disappointed with this restaurant. Lots of ice cream in the appetizer. Fries not hot enough, fish a little oily, burger bun of poor quality. It's a shame because we had better experiences at Léon's. The presentation of the dishes is no longer the same, service in a plastic basket of frito misto.
The only positive point was the young woman who served the service, smiling and friendly.
Bad value for money.

Very beautiful room on the banks of the Louet, excellent welcome and service. A disappointment with the sweetbreads, a complicated recipe but not very tasty.
03/04/2024: We went to the restaurant and what a marvel! A very beautiful place and excellent and very warm service. Very well made dishes, full of good flavors, a little extra for the incredible lobster served as a starter 🤩🤩, a real delight! Not disappointed at all, I hope to come back very soon!
