Impeccable setting, calm and welcoming atmosphere.
The menu is intentionally vague… and what a pleasant surprise 😋
The perfect truffle egg was delicious, and the lamb and hake were perfectly seasoned.
Excellent desserts and cheeses. My credit card took a hit 😅 but no regrets. A place I'll definitely return to 😉

09/10/2025: A small, unassuming restaurant, but once you step inside, you feel right at home.
The galettes are displayed on chalkboards, and you can see the chef preparing them, which are excellent by the way.
The galette of the day with artisanal sausage is simply magnificent, the one with andouillette is the same, and the homemade salted butter caramel is just perfect.
It was the perfect little restaurant for our overnight stay in Cholet.

25/01/2025: Impeccable, fast, friendly service. Quiet atmosphere. On the other hand, the cuisine does not live up to the high price. The fish was bland, the saffron rice was too salty, the vegetables quite average, the dessert good but in small quantities. On the other hand, the foie gras was delicious.

03/12/2025: I enjoyed this restaurant located in the Ibis Styles hotel.
The price-quality ratio was good, the dishes were well-prepared and generous.
The service was on time, but the setting wasn't magical... but there's construction going on in the hotel at the moment... we'll see.
There's also an outdoor area in the summer with singers sometimes, which was nice... plus a pig roast ;))
28/08/2025: Warm service and welcome, meals served quickly and very good value for money (E/P/D for €25). The recipes are homemade, seasonal and delicious. I will come back with great pleasure.
