07/09/2024: Nous avions décidé avec ma compagne de passer une soirée ensemble « à la Marine » en souvenir des moments que nous y avions déjà passés (ancienne version)… Le seul risque que nous aurions pu prendre c’est celui d’être déçu …. La réponse est … Bien au contraire , nous avons été conquis.. Mais allez y et faites vous votre propre opinion…

28/08/2024: Two nights in this establishment..two days of great satisfaction..good location facing the sea..very pleasant team...great bedding..very complete breakfast..(we did not try the restaurant)..we are very satisfied with the choice.

28/07/2024: Everything was impeccable. Excellent bedding, attentive staff, excellent restaurant. A significant reduction was granted to us due to the presence of scaffolding in front of the window, scaffolding made essential to repair the damage caused by a storm, a nice touch that not everyone would have had!!

Breakfast: good bacon and good brioche, long orange juice, soft pastries, bread ok. Good coffee, unfortunately only one machine. But most surprisingly, the evening menu does not change. The restaurant is not recommended. The menu does not change because there are too many leftovers from the day before, says the restaurant manager.

What really struck me and which deserves to be highlighted is their impeccable organization. There is one person dedicated to cashing and another in the kitchen, which allows for incredible fluidity. When the dishes are ready, a small beeper warns, thus avoiding any waste of time. Everything is designed to be fast, efficient and organized. But what literally impressed me – and this is the first time I have seen this in an establishment – ​​is their exemplary rigor in terms of hygiene. When ordering ice cream, one person collects and another serves, and the latter uses a napkin to take the cones, without ever directly touching the food. It’s a detail that makes all the difference and that I find simply incredible. This shows how hygiene is a priority for them. In many other establishments, even butchers or bakeries, employees handle money before touching the food, which I find unacceptable. Here, it’s quite the opposite, and I’m really impressed by their professionalism at this level. My whole family was pleasantly surprised by this attention to hygiene, which deserves much more than a simple 5 star. On top of that, the ice creams are excellent, the food is fresh and delicious. I had shrimp and whelk, it was really very fresh, and since then I have had a hard time eating seafood in other restaurants near me. Their quality makes a real difference, and I am convinced that this is partly due to their proximity to the sea. Their service is impeccable, their organization admirable, and the quality of the products impeccable. I think many establishments should follow their example.
