18/05/2026: A very nice hotel, ideally located. The staff are charming and very welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. A very nice 4-star hotel, highly recommended.
17/05/2026: A very nice establishment, but the service was poor. For a place of this caliber, the waiter had dirty trousers, and when it came time to pay the bill, there was no one at the bar, forcing us to call for help even though other customers had arrived at least 10 minutes earlier. To make matters worse, the tables in the lounge hadn't been cleared. It's a shame, as we enjoy spending time in this lovely establishment.

20/04/2026: From the moment we arrived, we were charmed: the small park at the entrance, the warm welcome, the room—everything was perfect.
The tranquility, the view of the marina, the comfortable bedding, and the breakfast (featuring local products) made for a truly delightful weekend in Barneville-Carteret.
The owners are attentive and offer excellent advice.

28/04/2026: A lovely restaurant in the town center with a fantastic welcome and excellent food at a very reasonable price. The owners have hearts of gold and even did the shopping and delivered groceries to elderly people who were stuck at home during the lockdown.

25/05/2026: Frankly, I was extremely disappointed.
I paid €7 for a tiny caipirinha. The glass was minuscule, the three lime wedges already took up half the space, there were two enormous ice cubes instead of crushed ice… and in the end, what was left? Almost nothing but alcohol.
No balance, no subtlety, no freshness. Just a mini glass hastily filled with an incredibly strong and unpleasant taste of alcohol. Honestly, it was more like a bad joke than a real cocktail.

12/05/2026: The check-in was fine, however, the morning reception was deplorable. The breakfast buffet was insufficient for the price. The room was nice, the bathroom was lovely, and the parking lot closed too early. When you're unfamiliar with the place, it's understandable to go to the wrong door, but I apologized repeatedly. And that's not even mentioning the lack of bread at breakfast.

30/09/2024: Un petit bar restaurant qui en paie pas de mine mais une vraie découverte pour la cuisine qui y est proposée!
Le chef, oui un vrai chef (!) pas bricolo de passage pour la saison, sait cuire poissons et fruits de mer, les légumes qui les accompagnent sont succulents !
Le tout pour des tarifs très raisonnables et un accueil sympa sur réservation conseillée car les locaux connaissent !
15/07/2024: D'aspect modeste, au centre de Barneville, la cuisine sans prétention est bonne, l'accueil très aimable. Bref, vous ne serez pas déçu.
