17/06/2025: Beautiful place where the view of the basins serves as a backdrop. We had the JANNE menu and its 3 glasses of wine. Lots of freshness in the dishes, very fine accompanying juices. The only downside was that the maceration wine, which went extremely well with the sauce of the last dish (lobster), was served to me in anticipation of the previous dish and... it didn't go well at all. I would have preferred to be offered a supplement of the previous wine... On the other hand, it's the first time I've enjoyed an orange wine. Congratulations!

10/01/2025: Intimate restaurant with around ten tables. Clean menu, mastered and sophisticated cuisine. The chef is accessible to share his passion, the room manager is professional and attentive. A very nice discovery for very good value for money. Too bad that not all restaurant voucher cards are accepted. Open Thursday evenings.

16/12/2024: We came to eat grilled meats. The meat is really excellent (and properly cooked in the fireplace!). It is still rare to have such quality meat in a restaurant. The desserts are particularly hearty and delicious. I recommend!

05/07/2025: Goldsmithing on the plate with seasonal products. St Honoré is of great class from the visual to the firmness of the cabbages, everything is there to delight the taste buds. The prices are fair as is the chef's know-how. I recommend without hesitation. In the photo the rum baba.

12/06/2025: Superb pastry, I had a very successful Saint Honoré, a good play on texture especially with the very well made caramel adding a pleasant crunch, the choux were very well made and the whipped cream very light.

19/11/2024: Venus à Cherbourg pour une expo photo, nous avions eu une journée chargée et à proximité de notre hôtel, sans avoir très faim mais ne voulant nous coucher le ventre vide, il y avait ce restaurant qui après consultation de quelques commentaires sur le net nous a rassuré. Bien entendu il vaut mieux réserver dans ces cas là car c'était bien plein et les salles ne sont pas très grandes. Cependant nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux et notre serveuse s'est pliée en 4 pour nous satisfaire. Cuisine exotique et généreuse que nous ne connaissions pas, un peu relevée à juste dose mais excellente. Si nous passons de nouveau à Cherbourg, nous y retournerons avec plaisir mais cette fois en réservant.
