17/05/2026: Before praising the excellent cuisine, one must acknowledge the refined ambiance: wooden tables with artistically carved edges, comfortable chairs in an elegant dark green, wood paneling on the walls, hand-blown glassware, a Japanese-style restroom with a charming boudoir overlooking a garden, a beautiful open kitchen… The exquisitely flavored dishes are artistically presented – a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. 14/05/2026: Strange experience. We walked in and felt like we were bothering the waitress. She sighed and said, "I hope you're not here to eat," even though it wasn't that late. We ordered a bottle of wine, and then she came back to us to say that the cook could do us a favor and make us a cheese board or some croque monsieur. We decided on the cheese board. What a joke! Six slices of cheese: Comté, Camembert, and Saint-Nectaire. I've never seen such a meager selection. We asked for bread, and that seemed to bother them. Then, when it came time to pay, there was no one at the bar. We waited, and after 5-10 minutes, a guy in front of us finally noticed us (he'd been busy sorting photos on his tablet) and took our money. In short, a real rip-off.

11/06/2026: A great place to stay, easy access of the autoroute. Plenty of parking. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Dog friendly including the bar and restaurant areas. Very clean, spacious bedrooms. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Good range of menu choice in restaurant and at breakfast bar. Nice outdoor pool. I can't fault this hotel I always enjoy staying here.

20/05/2026: Great restaurant just steps from the town hall. A very nice menu, featuring excellent products. Pleasant and efficient service. For an excellent meal for three, including aperitifs and glasses of wine (a nice touch) if you don't want to order a bottle or if a single wine doesn't suit everyone, the total cost was €160 for a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. But the price was well worth it, plus the staff were pleasant and smiling, even though we left late.

26/05/2026: A "classic" brasserie with a "classic" menu... nothing particularly original, but ideally located in the shade of acacia trees opposite the cathedral. The staff are very welcoming, smiling, and attentive to customers. Quick service with good value for money. Frankly, it would be foolish to miss it.
