I came with my friends for the lunch menu, and let me tell you, the choices are tough. 11/07/2026: As a regular customer of La Dame de Cœur, I always return with pleasure. The meals are excellent, prepared with care and in a true family brasserie style. Hélène is remarkably kind, always welcoming, smiling, and attentive to her customers. The establishment is immaculate and very clean. A must-visit in Reims that I recommend without hesitation!

07/06/2026: Excellent experience. Everything was perfect: the service, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the dishes, their creativity and presentation, plus the chef's personal touch in greeting all the customers. An address to be inscribed on a marble plaque.

06/06/2026: They forgot our wine twice, the food was tasteless, my partner asked for a bavette medium rare but we received it completely overcooked.

30/06/2026: Excellent experience. Quick and friendly service. Traditional beef tartare and salad: simple, fresh, and well-seasoned. A real treat in this heat! The dining room is spacious and pleasant, but I opted for the shaded terrace, ideal during a heatwave.

23/06/2026: We had 30 minutes before our TGV departure. And yet, both our meals were served in record time and were absolutely delicious! An excellent place where I will gladly return to try the other dishes on the menu! Furthermore, the waitress was very pleasant, helpful, and always smiling. A real treat!

27/07/2026: A very good standard menu if you don't want to eat vegetarian, everyone wants to order the same meal, and you speak French well. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the vegetarian menu. It contains almost no protein and very few carbohydrates, and it also lacked finesse for my taste. The cheese course and bread are the only options if you want to feel full. My companions, on the other hand, really enjoyed the standard menu. During the booking process, I was informed via email that they were "fully booked," so I made a reservation for the exact time I requested through the website and entered our various menu preferences in the comments section. Luckily, that worked out.

11/06/2026: A great place to stay, easy access of the autoroute. Plenty of parking. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Dog friendly including the bar and restaurant areas. Very clean, spacious bedrooms. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Good range of menu choice in restaurant and at breakfast bar. Nice outdoor pool. I can't fault this hotel I always enjoy staying here.
