The service is attentive and always with a smile, making the experience even more enjoyable. The dishes are generous and delicious: you can tell that everything is done to ensure customers have a great time. You definitely leave with a full stomach and feeling satisfied, eager to return. A truly excellent place that I highly recommend!

18/04/2026: 5 stars for this 1-star restaurant! As lovers of fine cuisine, we were delighted to discover this gem! The finesse and boldness in the composition of the dishes are surprising at first glance, but they deliver immense pleasure on the palate. There wasn't a single misstep on the 5-course menu, and a special mention goes to the cheese platter, which was truly exceptional. It was impossible to resist its presentation. We had a very pleasant experience, thanks also to the entire front-of-house team (a warm welcome and service that was pleasant without being overbearing, always perfectly pitched). We will definitely return to share this restaurant with others. Bravo to the chefs and all the staff! Thank you also to the sommelier for the excellent recommendation of a Blanc de Blancs (I've included the reference in the photo).

12/04/2026: Phenomenal food and service. Every dish was perfect, the sommelier was incredibly helpful, and the environment felt really nice and relaxed. A must visit if you’re in Reims.

30/03/2026: The food is amazing ..... well above average and well priced!!!! If you make a reservation ( or get there early) go downstairs as the atmosphere is like a cave (white brick). The girl who received us was a bit aloof. However the other server and the main server (maybe owner) were so over the top wonderful!!!!! Atmosphere, culinary excellence (get the trio of fish with champagne sauerkraut and fois gras) and personal service make this a must do in Reins. If you are English speaking ask for the tablet with the menu.

01/04/2026: We booked an all-inclusive meal for 17 people, and everyone enjoyed the salmon served on a bed of leek fondue with rice and salad—it was delicious and plentiful. The chocolate fondant served with ice cream, cream, and whipped cream was perfect. The efficient service allowed us to stay on schedule. Thank you for your hospitality; we will be back!

29/03/2026: The decor is fantastic! I've been several times and tried the winter brunch, which was lovely, generous, and featured original recipes. I recently tried their orange blossom cheesecake, which was also delicious. They have a wide selection of cakes.

Even before our arrival, everything was perfect… We were contacted to ask if we wanted to have dinner, with the option of arranging room service in advance: a rare touch that immediately set the tone. Upon our evening arrival, the welcome was remarkably warm and professional. A huge thank you to Marion, who took care of everything with incredible kindness, especially our room service. Throughout our stay, Lucile, Anaïs, Lena, and Julie were incredibly attentive, always smiling, caring, and impeccably elegant. Special mention to Julie for a perfectly smooth and pleasant late check-out, at our own pace. We truly felt privileged. Every detail was designed to make our stay easier, with a genuine desire to please—and that makes all the difference. The gourmet restaurant was simply exceptional. Refined, expertly prepared cuisine, brought to life by a passionate staff who take the time to explain each dish with precision and enthusiasm. You can feel a genuine love of gastronomy and a beautiful showcase of the region. The spa… a true gem. Sublime architecture, an intimate and ultra-luxurious setting, and treatments of remarkable quality. It's a place where you can completely disconnect, in a soothing and exclusive atmosphere. As a young couple, we were worried it might be too family-oriented, but not at all; we were practically alone in the spa. A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless experience.
