17/05/2026: The welcome was extremely difficult. They refused to serve us coffee because we were part of a cycling team, and in 17 years, I've never encountered such a closed-minded and unpleasant receptionist. When they finally told us, "It's better if you don't come next year," we realized the level of service. It should also be noted that some rooms lacked towels, and one of the shutters wasn't working. I apologize for rarely leaving reviews, but this time, we were more than surprised.

27/04/2026: The woman who works the morning shift is unpleasant and unprofessional. She spoke rudely to me about a coffee, even though the card reader failed to charge my card even once. Yet, during my stay at this hotel, I have more than four coffees a day and always pay without any problems. I therefore find this behavior unjustified for such a minor incident. Very disappointed with the service.

31/10/2026: We'd barely stepped inside when we headed straight for the restrooms to wash our hands before choosing our food. Luckily, we had to disinfect our hands beforehand, for fear they'd be dirtier after washing than before! And seeing the state of things around us, we decided to leave! Run away! I'd rather not say more.

24/10/2026: It had been eight years since I'd been to a Flunch because the wait was too long, the food was always cold, and things haven't changed—it's even worse, plus the prices have gone up significantly. The organization is a disaster. They give you a beep to let you know when your food is ready, but they forget to tell you. So, your food sits on the counter, cold. The only option is to reheat it in the microwave, which is best avoided. Everyone knows that reheating meat, fish, or fries in the microwave is inedible. And even though they offer unlimited vegetables, they're cold as soon as they're on the plate. Flunch specializes in 100% frozen food; avoid it. You might as well go to a fast-food restaurant. Plus, you'll wait less and you won't be crammed in like sardines.

31/07/2026: My cousin and I went to this snack bar, and the food wasn't good to begin with, but we ended up with food poisoning... We were supposed to go on a week's vacation, and in the end, our vacation was canceled because of a snack bar...

30/07/2026: Worst experience I've ever had. The sandwich itself was good, but what happened afterward was awful. Four of us went, and all four of us had stomach aches, spent the night in the bathroom, and one of us even ended up in the emergency room after coughing up blood. A serious hygiene problem that ruined the following days for us. I saw the chef cough into his hand and then serve drinks and desserts without washing his hands. It's even worse when you see how isolated the kitchen is from the customers. RUN AWAY!!!!!! RUN AWAY!! RUN AWAY!!
