07/06/2026: Refused to turn up the A/C when it was 90* and room was on the west side of building. Staff was rude and lied about the ability to adjust the temperature- one of the staff admitted it to me. Room was clean- location near transportation.

19/08/2026: We stopped for lunch today. The staff and owner were friendly, I enjoyed the kidneys and the melon starter was delicious. I recommend it.

06/08/2026: A very warm welcome, perfect service, and excellent food. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend this restaurant. We also ate on the terrace, which was very pleasant (sheltered from the wind and surrounded by beautiful vegetation).

01/09/2026: The welcome was nonexistent; they pointed us to our table with their hands. A whisky and Coke was served with flat, unflavored Coke... followed by overcooked pasta with Parmesan, completely tasteless. Avoid this place if you want a delicious meal! What a shame... It wasn't always like this.

23/08/2026: A very warm welcome, excellent cuisine, good quality and tender meat, excellent and well-cooked fish, and superb sauces. It's always like this at La Bourse restaurant, go there with complete confidence! 👍 Enjoy your meal! 😋🙋🏻‍♂️

25/08/2026: Knowing the reputation of this pastry shop in Épernay, I came to try one of their pastries, and I was very disappointed. From the way I was received, and putting aside the pastry itself, the presentation was disappointing, and the pain au chocolat seemed to have been baked the day before. I don't recommend it. Have a good day anyway.

13/09/2026: The food and the atmosphere are very nice, central in the village a great place to get lunch in between champagne tasting's. It is a nice small cafe with a nice menu and the quality of the meat is very good. Only thing that could be better is the fries, we have been 2 times and both of the times the fries were soft and soggy, other then that great lunch spot.

06/09/2026: The restaurant has a great location in the village. Unfortunately, the food and service make this establishment mediocre and best avoided. It's more than disappointing; it should be avoided at all costs!

12/09/2026: When you forget to choose your two sauces included in the set menu and you politely go to the counter... and the young lady with a forced smile tells you no... honestly, for two sauces... ridiculous...

10/09/2026: Long preparation time despite the counter employee's apologies and the absence of other customers at the time. The quantity of fries was unacceptable, especially after the extra XL order was added. No staff members had their hair covered. The paper bag was unsuitable for carrying fries and had no handles.

16/07/2026: The food was good, but we had to wait an hour and a half. If the waitress had been pleasant and polite, it might have made the wait more bearable, but that's not what happened. We also had to wait 40 minutes for a Perrier with lemon. There were only two of them, which could explain the wait, but in that case, they should inform the customer politely with a smile; it's much better. We also had to move the table ourselves because there were three of us, not two. Therefore, I don't recommend it.

10/08/2026: A wonderful family dinner on a Saturday night. Everything is homemade with love. We discovered a lovely little drink first (see photo 💓). For starters, burrata and tomatoes on a bed of salad: perfectly seasoned, or duck breast… For the main course: chicken or salmon with divinely prepared baby vegetables: crispy fennel with Parmesan, glazed carrot, and jacket potato with chives… and dessert (pictured): small strawberries from the garden with homemade apricot tart… a delight of textures and flavors that harmonize beautifully… in short, add to that impeccable service: because the owner does EVERYTHING! Bravo 🎈🎉, a moment in tune with life's rhythm, the seasons, and the time needed to prepare, serve, savor, and marvel at the authentic flavors of dishes prepared with precision. 🫶🫶 Thank you for this lovely time spent on the terrace in this historic abbey setting ❤️❤️

09/07/2026: An exceptional welcome, a delicious €28 set menu, everything homemade with local produce. For pianists, a superb Playel baby grand piano at the back of the room. If you are a large group, reservations are essential.

21/08/2026: I ate there on August 21st. I stopped by in the morning to see what I was going to eat that evening. We arrived at 7 pm and nothing had changed; everything was exactly as we'd seen it. The cervelas sausage, the melon tart, and the small flies were buzzing around. The wine tap was the same—full of flies, the glass was full of streaks, I had to order a bottle. The service was deplorable; nothing was done to welcome the customer. The sauce wasn't filled, the pepper sauce was empty, and the sauce for the mussels was a bland, tasteless liquid. I don't recommend it. The chocolate mousse was runny; I don't recommend it. Even Flunch was more welcoming for the same concept.

19/08/2026: Really disappointed, the food was absolutely disgusting, that's an understatement!!! This is the first time I've been so disappointed.

10/08/2026: Great selection, quality food, friendly service, professional waitress, reasonable prices. Whenever I'm in Épernay, I go there without hesitation.

30/06/2026: Very disappointed with our meal. I thought I was going to have a great time, but no. €19.90 for a menu that looked like it belonged in a school cafeteria is a bit much (raw vegetables, pasta with a rather bland veal Milanese, and a fruit salad that wasn't very fresh). We've eaten at truck stops for €12 before and we've never been disappointed. I won't be back.

17/09/2026: Extremely disappointed and, above all, very angry with the Carrefour Cormontreuil bakery. I ordered a birthday cake on Monday for Wednesday. No one called me to let me know that the cake wouldn't be available after all! So I went there on the scheduled day, at 6 p.m., only to find out that the baker was on sick leave and that my cake hadn't been prepared. They then offered me cakes from the same shelf that were from the day before… This is frankly unacceptable. A simple phone call would have been enough to get me back on track and find another solution. Completely unprofessional order management. A very bad experience.

13/09/2026: I was disappointed with this pharmacy. The reception was unpleasant when I asked a question, and the attitude was really uncomfortable. It's a shame, because the products they offer are good quality. I won't be going back.

26/08/2026: As Strasbourg locals, we were won over! We ate the best flammekueche we've ever had. For example, even the bacon was excellent quality and had a real local flavor. The wine was recommended perfectly by the incredibly kind waitress throughout the evening. The apple and Calvados flammekueche was absolutely delicious; it was also the best we've ever had. In addition, the interior and exterior settings are very pleasant. Even the playlist was great (Morrissey). From now on, this is our go-to spot in Strasbourg. Thank you!

22/01/2026: Great place for cold cuts pate and smoked salmon complemented by selection of growers champagne at reasonable prices. Helpful n knowledgeable owner and staff. Definitely recommend if into finger food and discover growers champagne.

Yes — this is that type of place, where you have such a phenomenal experience that it keeps coming back to your mind long after you leave. And this place is unique for many reasons: 1. Everything is intentional Everything is well thought out — from the incredible locally sourced food, to the one-of-a-kind wine selection, and even the music. Nothing feels random. 2. People come first This is a place where you connect, learn, and have fun with other tables. Wine is not treated as a beverage, but as a portrait — an extension of the people who worked so hard to make it. 3. Generosity Aline and Eric are incredibly knowledgeable and endlessly generous in sharing experiences, stories, and special moments. 4. A masterclass in hosting I’ve never seen better hosts. From orchestrating the wines, to the music, to thoughtfully placing guests together — everything feels natural and perfectly timed. A special shout-out to Anaïs as well — extremely knowledgeable and generous, sharing many resources that helped me continue advancing on my wine journey. Bravo. I can’t wait to come back. 20/08/2026: Arrived just before 2pm. Their website clearly states open till 3. People were in the restaurant still being served food and we were told food was ‘finished’. It appears previous reviews are correct and they are not interested in new customers! Very short sighted. Extremely unwelcoming owner. I wish her luck in keeping the business alive!

19/08/2026: The food was very good; we enjoyed our meal at this restaurant despite the slightly high price. The young waitress was very pleasant, however, the owner was about as welcoming as a prison door. She barely responded, seemed arrogant when taking our order, and it felt like she was tearing her mouth apart just to speak to us. If you want a good meal, go there, but don't expect to be well received. It's a shame; we won't be returning.
