26/11/2025: We were passing through for a weekend during the off-season and were able to get a table easily. The food and service from the staff were excellent. I recommend it.

08/11/2025: We discovered the rating given to this brasserie, which was a wonderful find for us. A friendly welcome, order taken correctly, and quick service. Excellent value for money from appetizers to desserts. Perfectly cooked rare steak, the Savoyard pizza was a delight, etc. We'll be back, thank you to the team!

20/03/2026: SHAMEFUL! They call themselves an ice cream parlor but don't serve ice cream... No excuse! If you only make ice cream when it suits you, remove the word "GLACIER" from your window and your menu!

19/03/2026: A bakery and pastry shop not to be missed! Housed in an Art Deco building, the Waida family took over the pastry business in the 1960s. Today, the third generation continues to create chocolates and other delicacies in the basement or upstairs! Hurry there for Reims pink biscuits, chocolate rochers, fruit jellies, or bread.

03/12/2024: I went to Carrefour this Saturday, November 30, I needed change so I went to reception and there she replied in a haughty tone that she doesn't give change. 1st time I've been refused in a store.

07/02/2026: I highly recommend this hotel. It's impeccable, the staff are very welcoming, pleasant, and full of humor. The rooms are top-notch, and the breakfast is simply incredible. We'll definitely be back! ❤️

22/03/2026: Negative review! The dishes were very dirty, especially at the appetizer buffet; the plates were poorly washed and still had food from the previous person on them. The food was really bad. I ordered the pasta carbonara, and to my surprise, the recipe included an enormous amount of whole-grain mustard along with the cream... The vegetables were completely tasteless (I think they were frozen), the products were of poor quality, and there was a lack of hygiene in the service of the hot dishes (salmon left out in the open next to cooked dishes, the cook using the same utensil to serve all the dishes, etc.). The toilets were very dirty, and the doors were broken. All this for a price that isn't cheap either. Unfortunately, avoid this place.

15/03/2026: A decent cafeteria for a quick lunch. The food is simple but quite good for this type of establishment, with enough choice to find something you like. It's convenient when you want to eat quickly without spending too much time at the table. The price-quality ratio is reasonable, and the place is a good option for a quick lunch break.

10/01/2026: Average room. Very small shower and cramped toilet. But satisfactory value for money. Location in a quiet industrial area.

15/03/2026: The waitress was very pleasant, the only reason I gave it one star, anyway… One of my friends was unceremoniously turned away because apparently she went out for two minutes and drank a completely absurd VODY (she doesn't like VODY and didn't drink anything). The security guards are acting on assumptions. We tried to talk to them, and they aggressively brushed us off. He hit one of my friends' hands several times. We tried to communicate, and he kicked us out. 💩 This establishment is a disaster. We are still stunned, outraged, shocked, overwhelmed by emotions. We weren't expecting anything, yet we're still disappointed. We'll never set foot in there again (we're going back next week). A place to avoid. At all costs, a disastrous experience; I've never been so humiliated in my entire life. The security guard practically threw me out.

23/02/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! The owner is awful to customers. I came for a sandwich and waited 20 minutes for it to be heated up… and I left empty-handed because she made a mistake and gave it to the wrong customer, and of course, it was the customer's fault. She makes very unpleasant remarks to customers, and there are signs in the establishment clearly indicating that we are not welcome. I will never return, and I suspect many others feel the same way.

27/01/2026: I really like this bakery and its staff, it's my favorite lunch spot.

17/02/2026: Aside from the main course, which was really good, the starter was disappointing in my opinion, and I definitely wouldn't recommend the dessert. We ate there for Valentine's Day, and for dessert, we had several small cakes, but unfortunately, most of them were tasteless and soggy. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was pleasant, but too rushed between the starter, main course, and dessert. As for the price, I don't think it was worth the cost.
