11/11/2025: Looking for something to eat and stumbled upon this gem. The food and drinks were delicious. The service was very friendly, truly fantastic.

20/09/2025: A cozy restaurant where you can sample various champagnes. The menu has a regional focus, and all the dishes were delicious – especially the tarte tatin, which was simply outstanding! Plus, the very friendly service – highly recommended.

22/01/2026: Great place for cold cuts pate and smoked salmon complemented by selection of growers champagne at reasonable prices. Helpful n knowledgeable owner and staff. Definitely recommend if into finger food and discover growers champagne.

28/12/2025: It has been almost four months since my first visit to Atome. Yes — this is that type of place, where you have such a phenomenal experience that it keeps coming back to your mind long after you leave. And this place is unique for many reasons: 1. Everything is intentional Everything is well thought out — from the incredible locally sourced food, to the one-of-a-kind wine selection, and even the music. Nothing feels random. 2. People come first This is a place where you connect, learn, and have fun with other tables. Wine is not treated as a beverage, but as a portrait — an extension of the people who worked so hard to make it. 3. Generosity Aline and Eric are incredibly knowledgeable and endlessly generous in sharing experiences, stories, and special moments. 4. A masterclass in hosting I’ve never seen better hosts. From orchestrating the wines, to the music, to thoughtfully placing guests together — everything feels natural and perfectly timed. A special shout-out to Anaïs as well — extremely knowledgeable and generous, sharing many resources that helped me continue advancing on my wine journey. Bravo. I can’t wait to come back. 01/05/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely terrible! The bouncers at the entrance are incredibly rude and judgmental, even in a foreign language. The club is awful, don't even think about going!

28/04/2026: There were 14 of us. We were all served together; it was hot and, above all, delicious! Thank you to the chef for the special touch with the excellent fruit vacherin for our colleague's birthday, and thank you to her staff who did a fantastic job! The evening continued in the VIP area, which allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. The nightclub was packed (the price of success!) and the music was electric! Hats off to the DJ who knew how to get everyone in their fifties, as well as the younger members of our group, dancing the night away! It's a shame we're not from Reims because this place would definitely become our "best place to be"!

12/04/2026: Positive points: - Strategic location - Parking - Cleanliness of the premises - The person we found at reception (this wasn't expected because when you arrive after reception hours, there's no one to greet you), was very friendly, pleasant, and polite. - Quiet establishment Negative points: - Very disappointed with the room. When we arrived at the hotel, we had a certain (positive) impression, confirmed by the atmosphere of the reception area on the ground floor, the warm decor, and the cleanliness of the corridors leading to the elevator and therefore to the rooms... but once in the room... the initial enthusiasm quickly faded: the room was very cramped, not very welcoming, and two things in the bathroom particularly irritated us: the doors are made of "glass" with a circled "hole" instead of a handle (both the door leading into the bathroom and the shower stall door). Absolutely impractical, both in terms of privacy (for example, if you book a room but not as a couple) and because it generates splashes and water leaks (the sink is right next to the shower door). The shower itself also had absolutely no water pressure (it was more like a "rain shower," pleasant for some perhaps, but not practical for those who like to be able to adjust the water pressure). - The stairs outside leading to the parking lot are not lit. We left the hotel early, so it was dark outside, and we almost fell down the stairs in the dark with our suitcases at arm's length! - Old-fashioned key system, not a magnetic card. It has old-world charm, certainly, but it's not practical or modern. - The room is outdated and clashes with the rest of the hotel. - We arrived after reception hours (10 pm) and we didn't appreciate the system of leaving the key in an envelope with our name written on it at reception, making it accessible to everyone. In conclusion, €130 is far too expensive for a one-night stay with this type of service (or the lack thereof).

17/04/2026: We had drinks in the mid-afternoon on Friday, April 17, 2026. The friendly waitress was very pleasant and professional. We plan to stop by again on our way back.

14/04/2026: Lunch: 30-minute wait for two hamburgers, and the sauce inside the burger was barbecue sauce instead of burger sauce. One Kentucky burger had chicken tenders inside (the tenders were tough, impossible to eat). In short, not great.

26/11/2025: We were passing through for a weekend during the off-season and were able to get a table easily. The food and service from the staff were excellent. I recommend it.

08/11/2025: We discovered the rating given to this brasserie, which was a wonderful find for us. A friendly welcome, order taken correctly, and quick service. Excellent value for money from appetizers to desserts. Perfectly cooked rare steak, the Savoyard pizza was a delight, etc. We'll be back, thank you to the team!

03/05/2026: I often stop there just to get cigarettes, a takeaway coffee, or a quick beer. I've always been well received, and finding a shop open every day is becoming very rare.

11/02/2026: When you advertise yourself as "open," you really need to be open. Otherwise, simply update your hours; it's basic for a restaurant or bar/tobacconist. Making a trip for nothing is really annoying.

03/10/2025: Comfortable bedding. Friendly staff. Evening meal is a set menu. It's not a buffet, like at other Campanile hotels.

15/05/2026: Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. Based on the many positive reviews, we had expected much more. There was only a very small menu, and a vegetarian option was sadly not available. The service was friendly and attentive, but there was room for improvement. There is indeed a huge selection of wines and champagnes. However, I was very surprised when white wine was poured into my already used champagne glass without my request. This is unacceptable in a restaurant with such high-priced aspirations. Furthermore, it was too cold and drafty; several guests in our party were freezing. The heating couldn't be turned up. The waiter did turn on the air conditioning, but it didn't heat the room; it only blew out cold air. The main course lacked seasoning (especially salt), and the cheese platter was poorly presented. My plate contained only four pieces of cheese without any attractive presentation. Overall, the price-performance ratio was completely off. Disappointed, especially considering the €370 charge for six people.

15/05/2026: We reserved for 9pm on the same day, but when we went to the place our table was already given to someone else. We were told that the app to reserve did not work properly and the restaurant was already fully booked. We were not given a solution, the staff suggested us to go in other restaurants nearby. Unfortunately almost all restaurants are fully booked at that time.

19/04/2026: Very well located on the Place d'Armes. The problem is, you sit on the terrace... and even after 30 minutes, nobody comes... it's happened to us several times, so when it's like that, we don't stay and we go somewhere else. It's a shame because this bar could really do well and be busy, but it seems like the management doesn't care... Perhaps it's time for a change of ownership?

23/04/2026: The restaurant lives up to its name. What a delight! We booked the entire restaurant for a private event for our association today. The food is homemade, locally sourced, and above all, the service is top-notch—all managed by a single person, hats off to them! We loved it! Well done and congratulations, Madam! We'll be back.

26/04/2026: One star is already too much. The service was deplorable. The waitresses, in a hurry to finish their shift, announced they were closing in 30 minutes when it was already 12:30 PM. We were forced to order inside because they walked right past us, pretending not to see us. A spilled Coke wasn't full, a spilled coffee too, and the bread was stale, not to mention the exorbitant prices. If only the service and quality were at least there... DEPLORABLE

04/05/2026: A simple and comfortable hotel, ideal for a restful night. The welcome is warm and friendly, in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Dinner is hearty, with attentive service and very reasonable prices. A good place to stay for an overnight stop.

02/04/2026: I was really disappointed with the overnight stay; the room was outdated. The welcome was mediocre, and the restaurant was very basic. As for the buffet, I'd rather not comment on the main course. Anyway, it's easy to understand: 48 rooms and only 5 people in the restaurant. It's not a Logis de France hotel, and even at €105, it's unacceptable.
