26/08/2026: As Strasbourg locals, we were won over! We ate the best flammekueche we've ever had. For example, even the bacon was excellent quality and had a real local flavor. The wine was recommended perfectly by the incredibly kind waitress throughout the evening. The apple and Calvados flammekueche was absolutely delicious; it was also the best we've ever had. In addition, the interior and exterior settings are very pleasant. Even the playlist was great (Morrissey). From now on, this is our go-to spot in Strasbourg. Thank you!

21/10/2026: Contrary to previous reviews, this roadside restaurant is a pleasant, quiet place with very good food. The service is discreet. The all-you-can-eat buffet (starters, main course, and dessert) for €16.90 is excellent value for money. The premises are very clean. I recommend this establishment for a reasonably priced lunch stop.

04/11/2026: Relaxed restaurant/wine bar. Many wines and, above all, Champagnes to choose from. Good food but not outstanding. We drank Champagne, had a 2-course meal and a bottle of wine.

31/10/2026: This is the former branch of the Bank of France. You can ask to visit the vault, which still exists! An exceptional champagne list at surprisingly reasonable prices for a restaurant. Very professional service, but the staff are friendly and engaging. A must-try! Reservations are essential, even on weekdays.

12/04/2026: Positive points: - Strategic location - Parking - Cleanliness of the premises - The person we found at reception (this wasn't expected because when you arrive after reception hours, there's no one to greet you), was very friendly, pleasant, and polite. - Quiet establishment Negative points: - Very disappointed with the room. When we arrived at the hotel, we had a certain (positive) impression, confirmed by the atmosphere of the reception area on the ground floor, the warm decor, and the cleanliness of the corridors leading to the elevator and therefore to the rooms... but once in the room... the initial enthusiasm quickly faded: the room was very cramped, not very welcoming, and two things in the bathroom particularly irritated us: the doors are made of "glass" with a circled "hole" instead of a handle (both the door leading into the bathroom and the shower stall door). Absolutely impractical, both in terms of privacy (for example, if you book a room but not as a couple) and because it generates splashes and water leaks (the sink is right next to the shower door). The shower itself also had absolutely no water pressure (it was more like a "rain shower," pleasant for some perhaps, but not practical for those who like to be able to adjust the water pressure). - The stairs outside leading to the parking lot are not lit. We left the hotel early, so it was dark outside, and we almost fell down the stairs in the dark with our suitcases at arm's length! - Old-fashioned key system, not a magnetic card. It has old-world charm, certainly, but it's not practical or modern. - The room is outdated and clashes with the rest of the hotel. - We arrived after reception hours (10 pm) and we didn't appreciate the system of leaving the key in an envelope with our name written on it at reception, making it accessible to everyone. In conclusion, €130 is far too expensive for a one-night stay with this type of service (or the lack thereof).

22/01/2026: Great place for cold cuts pate and smoked salmon complemented by selection of growers champagne at reasonable prices. Helpful n knowledgeable owner and staff. Definitely recommend if into finger food and discover growers champagne.

Yes — this is that type of place, where you have such a phenomenal experience that it keeps coming back to your mind long after you leave. And this place is unique for many reasons: 1. Everything is intentional Everything is well thought out — from the incredible locally sourced food, to the one-of-a-kind wine selection, and even the music. Nothing feels random. 2. People come first This is a place where you connect, learn, and have fun with other tables. Wine is not treated as a beverage, but as a portrait — an extension of the people who worked so hard to make it. 3. Generosity Aline and Eric are incredibly knowledgeable and endlessly generous in sharing experiences, stories, and special moments. 4. A masterclass in hosting I’ve never seen better hosts. From orchestrating the wines, to the music, to thoughtfully placing guests together — everything feels natural and perfectly timed. A special shout-out to Anaïs as well — extremely knowledgeable and generous, sharing many resources that helped me continue advancing on my wine journey. Bravo. I can’t wait to come back. 22/08/2026: Food looked well presented. Pastries are amazing and sandwiches.

20/08/2026: If I could give zero stars, the customer service would be awful. The unfriendly brunette woman insults people, calling them rude "because you ask on the phone what you want in their bakery and then hang up before even being served." Avoid this place at all costs. Again, there are ways to say things, especially when ordering multiple items. (And yet, I'm a regular customer and very respectful of the slightly blonde and very kind lady.)

22/09/2026: Slow, forgetful, and unfriendly service. The comments during checkout, implying we were in a hurry, that this wasn't McDonald's, and that we should eat in 10 minutes, even though we'd been sitting at the table for 50 minutes, all because I didn't want dessert 😂 Tense atmosphere among the staff

10/08/2026: Great selection, quality food, friendly service, professional waitress, reasonable prices. Whenever I'm in Épernay, I go there without hesitation.

27/09/2026: Open over 30 min late, as they can't be bothered to start setting up tables until they open.

25/09/2026: Had a super delicious meal! We walked past spontaneously and were able to take a seat on the terrace. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was very tasty. The chef's recommendations are indeed great recommendations 😊

08/10/2026: A double espresso for 5 euros... I don't recall ever paying so much for a coffee at your bakery. Very disappointed and I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, unfortunately.

28/09/2026: Several days in a row, impeccable service. The only downside was the smell of urine near the flower boxes, but the restaurant bears no responsibility for this other than removing these valuable flower boxes or training all the dogs in Reims, or their owners, to be completely... well, you know... but that would take too long. Regarding this baker, pastry chef, and chocolatier, I give it 4 out of 5 stars because everything could be improved, but it was by far my best experience, and that was two days in a row with a group of nine. My only pleasant surprise. Thank you.

03/10/2025: Comfortable bedding. Friendly staff. Evening meal is a set menu. It's not a buffet, like at other Campanile hotels.
