26/08/2024: I go there regularly and this restaurant is truly a treat, whether for pizzas, salads, pasta or even burgers, I have never been disappointed. It’s a restaurant that I recommend for its cuisine and its staff who are also very good.

20/09/2024: The location is great, but very difficult to drive to - had we realised how complicated the one way systems were we would have come in using google maps. The hotel is OK, decent bar, OK rooms.
16/08/2024: Pleasant hotel, clean rooms with nice furnishings, very friendly staff, great breakfast, great bar and plenty of parking in the middle of Châlons. We'd love to come back!

14/08/2024: A bunch of assholes say they will deliver and after an hour after calling them back say they won't come because they are incapable of making deliveries and tell you that in the end they were closed...unacceptable everything except professionals of fast liar gastronomy and according to the opinion of other consumers disgusting food and disgusting crap… give your opinion…
18/06/2024: Ate here today for lunch . We were given a menu with lots of dishes only to be told that none were available apart from the plat du jour- a confit of duck with some sort of sautéed potatoes. Faced with the choice of this or a croque monsieur as the only alternative option, we choose the duck. It arrived very quickly but I could not eat it as it had clearly been cooked a long time before having rancid fat on the duck and a peculiar smell. The potatoes were hard and undercooked. We waited a while to catch the eye of the server who seemed not to notice us.
Giving up we paid the 15 euros per dish and I went to a boulangerie for a cheese roll. A place to avoid as they don’t seem to care for English tourists .
Such a change from other popular place we have visited. On a separate note, friends were at an adjacent table and their duck did not arrive so we assumed that we had been given theirs. On our advice and looking at my food, they paid for their drinks and found somewhere else where they had a great meal. Such a shame

20/09/2024: Nice place to have your breakfast quietly, newspaper available. The owner listens and is very popular with customers. You can even have lunch during the lunch break at reasonable prices. Come…and you won’t be disappointed.

01/12/2024: Limited choices, dirty cutlery, dirty glasses, no vinaigrette sauce. We came to eat quickly, just had a starter (salad) and a dessert (tart) per person + 1 small bottle of water and a small bottle of cider, €21...the salad was bland given the lack of sauce .
The service: what service?
The atmosphere: for a Wednesday lunchtime, only 8 customers in the restaurant and maybe 4 employees.
If we had had a main course the bill would have risen to around €45/50.
Given the quality and service we will not return there again.

25/11/2024: I had huge expectations for this small tea room, especially with beautiful windows.
But I was from disappointment to disappointment, already more than 20 minutes of waiting knowing that the order was taken as soon as we arrived, room a little small, chocolate religious the choux too soft with a cream not set, Viennese chocolate with so-called homemade whipped cream sorry it's more of a whipped cream because a whipped cream we put icing sugar and the chocolate I was expecting real chocolate but no, then comes the bill and well I found it extremely expensive for what we was proposed

23/09/2024: Bad hotel. Falls under F1 and worse. Previous resident was a smoker. Room was smelly and sticky and dusty. Too dirty to handle. Shower was the only thing that was good. Because we were returning from a camping holiday, we brought our own pillows. Never again at that address.

03/04/2024: The pastries are tasty, and the staff is friendly. However, I wish they had a greater variety of pastries with more attractive presentation. Despite this, the prices are reasonable, and the "choux d'Ange" I ordered were delicious.

06/12/2024: 13h15 ... 25 mn d attente le serveur arrive enfin pour nous signifer pas de plat du jour.
Encore 10 mn d'attente et les serveurs passent et repassent sans nous calculer priorité aux habitués. Si vous êtes de passage sur Reims à éviter. Nous avons quand même pu manger dans une brasserie juste à côté.
04/12/2024: Café immonde sans gout et cher, patron pas aimable qui nous agresse a moitié en disant de payer de suite, pensant qu’il fallait payer a la fin. Bref endroit à fuir.

11/11/2024: Salle du 1er étage agréable mais plats servis très quelconques. Saumon servi froid sauce teriyaki en boîte et riz sec. Burger ordinaire et frites surgelées sans goût.
14/09/2024: Had dinner here, nice place but for me a little bit too modern. I am more in the old authentic restaurants but yeah that's personal taste of course. The food was good and I really recommend the burger so tasty. The meat and the bun lovely and fresh you should get that definately. Not too expensive eather. Maybe the Kir a little bit over the top with a burger but I liked it.

No service, no help when your arms are full and you have the audacity to ask for a bag, you won't be well received! Really a shame because good bakery but such odious service where you are looked down upon! I won't come back!
29/08/2024: Terrible service. I am criticized for having used a paper napkin myself when the pile was made available. Telling myself: “next time, you won’t have to serve yourself.” But there won't be a next time, that's clear. I had already paid for my sandwich otherwise I would have canceled my purchase.
Also, in all objectivity, I found the sandwich disgusting and not only because the service made me lose my appetite.

29/05/2024: Don’t try the buffet, the food was sour and off, snails absolutely smelled rotten, meat was dry /discoloured.

Nobody in the restaurant.
Deplorable welcome. Bored waitress.
Meals were pretty good overall but the friendliness of the staff convinced us not to set foot there again.
