15/12/2024: I celebrated my birthday Saturday evening at the Carillon Gourmand! It was a very beautiful evening in a refined and warm setting! The flavors are perfect, the presentation very careful and the service impeccable! Everything was perfect, we will keep unforgettable memories of this evening! A very big thank you to boss Philippe Kerman and his team! Very high professionalism
08/12/2024: A mixed experience. We feel that the dishes are carefully crafted, the presentation is impeccable, however the taste result is a little messy. Simpler cooking based on good products would be welcome.

11/09/2024: A quelques pas de la Maison des Syndicats, ce restaurant m'a très bien accueilli dès son ouverture. Formule du jours, cuisson de la viande ok, frites ok, crème brûlée correcte. Rien de spécial à signaler, service rapide, personnel agréable, addition dans la moyenne.

21/09/2024: This is a family owned hotel and restaurant for fourth generation. Extremely friendly staff, clean room and some of the best food we have had this time in France.
The restaurant itself deserves a Michelin star, so don't visit this city without having tried their dinner. The food is simply excellent!
The prices are also very reasonable, so you won't be dissapointed!

01/09/2024: Arrivé sans réservation a deux adultes et trois enfants, nous avons été pris aussitôt. Service rapide et cuisine vraiment délicieuse. C'est la deuxième fois que nous y allons et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Serveurs vraiment très courtois et souriants. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
Petit bémol : il faudrait que la ville agisse rapidement pour les guêpes qui envahissent les terrasses.

A good, easily accessible place with parking nearby.

23/07/2024: Very warm welcome in this prestigious hotel. Meal at the brasserie and really good breakfast. And ideally located in the heart of the city. Thank you for these beautiful moments spent in Chalon-en-Champagne.
18/07/2024: Have a room with city view. Very nice and comfy bed. Spacious bathroom with big bath tub and also shower room. Very new and clean bath robes and towels. Private parking available for €10/day. There are two very good restaurants on the premise. One is fine dining which was very good.

26/11/2024: Une carte réduite mais une sélection de plats variés pour tous les goûts. Nous avons opté pour le dos de cabillaud légumes et risotto. Le poisson était excellent et d’une grande fraîcheur. J’aurai apprécié un peu plus de chaleur pour le plat. Belle présentation

06/12/2024: Lors de la prise de commande, on ne nous a pas demandé si nous souhaitions boire quelque chose. Nous avons ensuite attendu 45 minutes pour être servis alors que le restaurant était vide.
09/11/2024: Très déçue ! Cela faisait longtemps que l'on était pas venue et nous sommes par près de revenir! Les serveurs non souriants et avec pas d'expérience ,service qui laisse à désirer, pour les desserts les cuillères ont été jetées au milieu de la table, redonne la carte des desserts alors qu'une personne a la table n'a pas finis, je demande le cocktail du jour (inscrit à l'entrée du resto) le serveur n'est même pas au courant,...
En ce qui concerne la nourriture, un burger servis limite froid avec 5frites, un tartare de thon où je cherche encore le thon, la grenade, le granola et l avocat !!!!! Que les moules qui étaient corrects et encore on attend encore les rinces doigt..., bref à eviter sauf si vous voulez passer un mauvais moment !!!
