08/03/2026: Excellent restaurant on Place Stanislas. With a customer with a disability, the servers and chef adapted seamlessly, demonstrating patience, kindness, and a great sense of humor. The burrata and vegetable platter was delicious, the truffle ravioli was divine, and the tarte tatin was simply divine! 😍 Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience! Everything is simple and unpretentious. We loved it!

22/03/2026: We've been customers for several years, and last night, after a long break, we decided to treat ourselves to the €44 tasting menu. We were disappointed. The snails didn't taste like snails, the kind you get elsewhere, and were served in shells as if they'd come straight from the freezer. The salmon steak had large chunks of goat cheese log and lacked finesse. The vegetable stir-fry was poorly prepared, and the caramelized apple purse was simply a crepe that seemed reheated with just a few apples. It wasn't a bad meal, but it's definitely not worth the price. It's a disappointment because we've always loved this place and have never been disappointed before, but this time... we were!

14/02/2026: A wonderful Valentine's Day discovery, just a 5-minute walk from Nancy thermal baths (via a stroll through the wooded park). The chef is welcoming, the cuisine is sophisticated, and the presentation is beautiful. Excellent value for money. Thank you for this very enjoyable meal.

19/02/2026: Extremely disappointed. We came with colleagues and waited ages for food that was simply not up to standard: the "dish of the day" was a disgraceful cordon bleu with unmelted cheese and barely lukewarm meat. For the price, it's shameful.

The team is friendly, attentive, and highly professional, which greatly contributes to the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. It's a true pleasure to enjoy 100% homemade cuisine made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. You can tell the chef puts his heart into it; each dish is prepared with care. From the appetizer to the main course to the dessert, everything was delicious and incredibly fresh. I highly recommend Les Amis restaurant to all lovers of good French cuisine and authentic dishes. A must-visit for an excellent meal. I can't wait to go back!

Generous and affordable cuisine, a very professional and friendly chef, and a friendly waitress who knows her stuff perfectly. A must-visit.

10/04/2026: It's very good, it's quick, it's well presented, the staff are welcoming—what more could you ask for? It's delicious! However, my advice is to order the pasta dishes and risottos, but I wasn't convinced by the open-faced sandwiches, which were just okay. Go for it!

09/04/2026: Ordered gnocchi with minced beef, but it was dry, according to the staff after we told them one of the gnocchi was raw. The dish in question was gnocchi with cream, topped with a ladleful of minced beef. The staff took out the trash and left it in the dining room. When we explained the problem, we were told we should have gone to reception to report it during the meal. First and last time. As an added bonus, the restaurant card doesn't work (tested by two people).
