01/10/2026: The restaurant is located in the very heart of Nancy. We left feeling satisfied, and the prices are reasonable. One small drawback, however, is that like many popular establishments in the area and in this price range, the dishes are often rather ordinary in their preparation. It doesn't have that homemade feel, that the ingredients are 100% fresh... I don't mean to be unkind, as the menu doesn't claim to be entirely homemade or 0% frozen, but you can definitely taste the difference. You go there to eat, not for a gastronomic experience, which isn't even what they're aiming for.

18/10/2026: Disappointing Main Courses and Poor Value for Money Unfortunately, the restaurant as a whole failed to impress us. The appetizers were good and initially gave us hope for a successful evening. However, the main courses were a disappointment. The chicken fillet was served on a hot stone for self-cooking. Unfortunately, the stone wasn't hot enough to cook the meat properly. A nice idea, but poorly executed. Even more disappointing was the steak tartare. It was bland, barely seasoned, and overall extremely tasteless. For €30, we expected significantly more refinement and quality. The accompanying fries were also soggy and anything but crispy. The wines by the glass were equally underwhelming. At around €10 for just 0.125 liters, one expects a certain level of quality. Instead, the wines were reminiscent of basic supermarket fare. The value for money was particularly disappointing. Conclusion: Good appetizers are unfortunately not enough to compensate for the significant weaknesses in the main courses and the exorbitant wine prices. Overall, a disappointing restaurant visit, especially considering the prices charged.

13/10/2026: The food is good but overpriced, the staff is polite but got confused a few times between the orders of different tables.

21/09/2026: I came two weeks ago and ordered a superb ribeye steak. I was extremely disappointed because the meat was full of fat; it was inedible. Almost every bite was unpalatable. I pointed this out to the waiter, who confirmed it. The owner then said that's how you're supposed to eat a ribeye steak. It was incredibly dishonest. I can understand getting a bad cut, but that's not why I'm only giving it one star; it's the attitude behind it. I also forgot to mention that we had to wait an extremely long time, even though it was the middle of the week…

13/09/2026: Passing through Nancy and being cheese lovers, we stumbled upon this restaurant with its quirky, vintage-style decor reminiscent of Grandma's house. We thoroughly enjoyed a fondue in the middle of August. It was very generous and delicious. A real treat.

23/09/2026: I came last August and enjoyed a delicious Milanese escalope, sitting comfortably on the terrace.

05/09/2026: A friendly, popular little bistro. It's a shame the summer menu is less extensive than during the rest of the year, but this is understandable. Currently, there are no dishes under €12.50, however, there is a wide selection of composed salads. The "Bouillon" style is less pronounced than it was initially; it's closer to a brasserie. The dining room is quite large, so it can quickly become a shouting match after a few beers! There's no outdoor terrace due to the location; large bay windows open onto the outside. Overall, the dishes are good quality and well-prepared despite a few occasional cooking hiccups. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fair prices. All in all, a good little neighborhood restaurant/café outside the city center, worth visiting again and again. The mural, a nod to the Villa Majorelle, is a nice touch.

03/10/2026: We are a group of 14 friends and we encourage everyone to come and eat at this brasserie. Everything was excellent. There's a great atmosphere and very good service.

14/09/2026: The food was really good. Nothing super exciting, but for sure nice! People working there REALLY nice. It had a good atmosphere, a bit too nice for my taste, but not intimidating.

12/09/2026: We waited 25 minutes on the empty terrace, without anyone asking us what we wanted. The waiters were chatting inside. We left.

29/08/2026: We wanted to reserve a table for Saturday evening, August 28th, but there was no staff available to answer the phone. Oh well, we'll try another restaurant; they've lost customers.

25/08/2026: So lucky to have found this restaurant- excellent and delicious food, very welcoming service. Maybe the best meal we've ever had in France. Go there!

15/09/2026: Excellent place to stop by any time of the day. Pleasant atmosphere and a wide variety of pastries. Must visit. And adding to a previous review, a restroom can be found elsewhere in the larger Saint Sebastien Centre.

10/07/2026: The atmosphere is very unpleasant, frequented by unsavory characters; it's very uncomfortable to be a woman there. The restrooms are filthy. I found a cat hair in my sandwich. Obviously, I will NEVER go back.

19/03/2026: I've been a customer for over 15 years... I'm extremely disappointed that the "trucker" sandwich is no longer available... so I ordered another sandwich for almost 13 euros with 3 raw vegetables... but it had red cabbage and mushrooms... the sandwich was much smaller than before... I got 3 pieces of mushroom and 2 pieces of red cabbage...

26/06/2026: Second time to visit this place and it is good. I got a serloin steak medium well and it was so good. Steak was so soft perfectly done and coupled with chips, salad and grilled veggies. Nice place to visit for a steak.

01/06/2026: This is an excellent restaurant! The food is excellent, seasonal, and the portions are quite generous. It's really, really good. You shouldn't be in too much of a hurry, though; it can sometimes be a little slow for those who aren't patient. But the food is so good!

02/09/2026: A romantic dinner out with my partner. Simple but delicious food accompanied by warm and friendly service. We'll be back!
