Indeed, the cuisine was fresh, the portions generous and well-presented, and the price was excellent value for money. The three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) was very attentive. 23/05/2026: Over two and a half hours for an aperitif, main course, and dessert in a poorly ventilated and very noisy section of the room was unbearable. It was extremely hot, and I had to go outside several times for fresh air. The house aperitif with bergamot? Meh, I tried it, but I didn't like it. Oh well. (It didn't taste like bergamot at all.) The sautéed shrimp turned out to be shrimp in a bland, sweet yellow sauce. The homemade fries were good, but not worth the €19.90 price tag. The balsamic cream on the edges of the plate, which ended up on my fingers, didn't help the overall experience. The much-anticipated dessert arrived: French toast flambéed with rum. I was really looking forward to it... but the brioche was rubbery, the smell of alcohol was overpowering (probably just plain white rum), and the scoop of ice cream on top—I'm still trying to figure out what flavor it was (maybe caramel)—had little bits of ice embedded in it. And caramel on the plate kept sticking to my hands. In short, 0 out of 3. Luckily, the waiter was professional and friendly.

07/04/2026: My god… avoid at all costs! The food is very good, no complaints there! But the service, thank you very much… we had booked a table several days in advance and thank you very much for the way we were received… all the customers were crammed together… it was almost as if we were eating with the table next to us… I've never seen anything like it! What would the owner do to cram in as many people as possible without any regard for comfort? Unbelievable… shameful! And of course, overwhelmed by the situation, it took us almost 30 minutes (while signaling to the owner) just to take our order… run away, there are much better places.

13/01/2026: A wonderful discovery: the medieval Bar le Duc, a bourgeois house transformed into a restaurant with a view of the city. Not many tables, so a personalized welcome, efficient service, and refined cuisine. All at reasonable prices. Don't hesitate to try it.

12/05/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant during the week and were able to take advantage of the set menu for €22 (starter, main course, and dessert). It's not even a single set menu, but rather a wide selection to choose from on the à la carte menu. The dishes are simple, delicious, and very generous. The service is impeccable and quick when needed. The establishment has a very large parking lot and can accommodate large groups. It was perfect; we'll be back!
