14/09/2026: First time at this restaurant last week. Perfect, very pleasant, very warm welcome. The pizza was delicious, and a special mention for the chocolate mousse. I'm usually hard to please, but this was just like my grandmother's chocolate mousse and her secret recipe! 😁

23/09/2026: The dish of the day was very good, but the fries were inedible—a kind of fried mashed potato wrapped in parchment paper. A shame, because the service was excellent and the dish was well-prepared.
29/07/2026: Board is out advertising food. Google says open until 1700 (we know not always accurate).
Go in kitchen closed at 1440 on a Wednesday afternoon.
Wouldn't let us buy a drunk and sit outside with our sandwich bought at supermarket

20/09/2026: We went in for a crepe, but they refused it. So we ordered a milkshake and a Nutella waffle. The waffle was plain with little jars of Nutella on the side, which wasn't great. Then the milkshake I ordered, vanilla, arrived strawberry! I don't recommend it.
15/09/2026: "A wonderful discovery! The welcome at Brussel's Café was warm and the service attentive from beginning to end. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. A real treat from appetizer to dessert. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return!

Fantastic experience at Domino's Arras! The team is amazing, and the manager is truly professional, welcoming, and attentive. It's a pleasure to see such excellent service and such a friendly team. Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! I recommend it 100%! 🍕🔥
08/09/2026: The lady with glasses gave us a superb welcome, however, her colleagues left her alone to prepare orders while they chatted in the back – not very professional when 5-6 customers were waiting. Apart from her, the lady was very polite and professional.

03/11/2025: I'm leaving this review because it's not the first time this has happened. When I go to drop off several games, maybe 15 or 20, the guy serving us breathes in my face and says he doesn't want to, and when he scans them he says it's a pain in the ass right in front of me, completely showing he doesn't want to do his job. You need to review your staff because this is the second time this has happened and I won't be back.

We booked for 1:30 PM this Saturday.
Arrived at 1:20 PM, half an hour later, and were never served. They just gave a quick gesture to indicate they were coming, but we never saw them, even though the lunch service had finished.
I will never go back.
20/05/2026: I really appreciate this friendly brasserie.
Unbeatable value for money.
The deviled eggs as a starter are a must.
I'm looking forward to trying the special "Whit Monday" menu and I hope to have the chance to try the calf's head with gribiche sauce....

They refused to serve regular customers!! Avoid this place; there are much better options in Arras, I can assure you!!
Furthermore, the service was very poor… we waited a very long time…
The servers and the owner showed absolutely no motivation to work, quite unacceptable 🫥
30/05/2026: I came today and they refused to serve me two glasses of white wine even though it was 12:20 AM and bars close at 2:00 AM, on the pretext that "we want to go home, we're closing." It's a shame because the bar is well located and there were plenty of customers.

Avoid the carbonara. It's more like beef bourguignon with fries... Deplorable.
Furthermore, the portions are insufficient.
The service is poorly managed. Different dishes for the same table aren't served at the same time. We eat at different times.
The only thing that's rather nice is the setting.
In short, a negative experience.
15/02/2026: Upon arrival at the hotel, the welcome was perfect. The place is magnificent.
However, once we got to the hotel restaurant, the nightmare began.
Disastrous service, cold food, and don't even get me started on the wait (1 hour and 10 minutes between each course). Running a restaurant isn't something you can just wing. Leave it to the professionals and go sell snacks instead.
I think that would be better.
