24/09/2026: An ideal hotel, perfect for exploring Clermont and its surroundings. Very well located on Place de Jaude, with convenient paid parking right next door. The decor is unique, understated, and elegant. The breakfast is generous and excellent. The restaurant meals are also of very high quality. And to top it all off, the staff (in every position!) are attentive, friendly, helpful, smiling, and responsive. A big thank you, and please keep up the great work! 07/09/2026: Honestly, I believe it is an outstanding quality for the price restaurant. I paid 25 euros for the duck burguer and a dessert. Let's say it was a lot of food. Even though they forgot to tell me that the burguer was not on lafourchette s discount it didn't matter because it was already fairly priced at 19 euros. I recommend the restaurant. Veronique, the chef, is kind and serving some fairly priced food.

05/09/2026: The welcome was warm, and the portions were good, including the duck confit burger and frog legs. However, I wasn't given the promised 30% discount. The restaurant owner refused to budge because we had ordered à la carte dishes, but they were called "the must-haves." To get the 30% discount, we had to order dishes from the "summer menu" only... It's a matter of semantics... I told her that in the restaurant business, there are two possibilities: set menus where there are no discounts, and à la carte dishes which should be eligible. I deplore and regret this anti-business practice of trapping customers like this. She wasn't a fairy godmother, and as they say, what's "fairy godmothered" is no longer needed! Beware of this scam. In the end, there was no gesture of goodwill, and her only response was that she would end the partnership with TheFork. It's regrettable, especially since she's the one taking the money from the customers...

23/06/2026: A must-visit for wine lovers! A superb selection of wines from independent winemakers, consistently helpful advice, and a warm welcome. The tastings are fascinating, and the wine bar is a real bonus for discovering new vintages in a convivial atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

24/04/2026: I love it! Fresh, French, and homemade products, cooked with care—I've been enjoying them every lunchtime for years now. The restaurant itself is well laid out and pleasant. And the added bonus is Stéphane, who is always smiling and welcoming to customers. These homemade pastries are to die for! I could go on and on, but the best thing is for you to come and see for yourself; you won't be disappointed! The quality and price are excellent considering the quality of the products and the restaurant's location.

06/08/2026: The setting is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. However, the starter was rather small for the price; luckily, the main course made up for it. It's a shame, but everything was good, though perhaps a little expensive considering the portion size.

29/07/2026: I get the feeling that Clermont-Ferrand and I just don't understand each other, or maybe the boss doesn't like people over 60, or perhaps he just doesn't like people at all. Not wanting to dwell on it, I left. I thank the boss for his response and wish him all the best for the future.
