07/02/2026: For Christmas, I gave my boyfriend a wine tasting workshop, and we loved it. The welcome was very warm and the atmosphere friendly from the moment we arrived. Our table for two was next to another couple we didn't know, which created a real moment of sharing. We chatted, discovered wine together, and had a lot of laughs. The tasting was fun and accessible even to beginners, and the wines were excellent. We highly recommend it!

05/03/2026: While in Clermont-Ferrand for work, I had the opportunity to have lunch at La Parenthèse. The owner gave me a very warm welcome, and the entire team was exceptionally friendly. The menu is concise, offering high-quality dishes, and the meal ended on a delightful sweet note with excellent desserts. It's an address to keep in mind for my next visit. I highly recommend it!

21/01/2025: One of the best quality/price ratios that I have come across. The cuisine is excellent, from appetizers to dessert including everything I was able to taste, the service as pleasant as possible, the atmosphere is that of any good restaurant where many people meet and the only small flaw What I was able to note is that for a restaurant focusing on regional cuisine, a decoration based on photos of Paris, even if they are superb, does a bit of a job in the setting. Other than that, there is nothing more to say about it, other than: go for it, enjoy yourself, from the tapenade to the aligot through the childhood memory or the rougail which was served as a dish yesterday , none of these dishes is disappointing and each offers a moment-to-moment pleasure. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team working in this restaurant.

13/04/2026: I celebrated my birthday Saturday night at this restaurant, which I know well, and frankly, it was fantastic, a great experience! We had booked the basement room, perfect for our group of about 20 to 25 people. The place is cozy and well-insulated, allowing us to fully enjoy the evening without disturbing the other customers—ideal for a birthday or a party with friends. A big thank you to the waitress, who was truly courageous and professional despite the (rather lively 😄) atmosphere, as well as to the entire team who gave us a very warm welcome from beginning to end. And a special mention for the food: the dishes were served piping hot, generous portions, and above all, delicious. Honestly, nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it for this type of event; it's the perfect place to have a great time!

28/03/2026: I ate at this restaurant yesterday and the experience was very positive. For my starter, I had a cauliflower velouté with a perfectly cooked egg: it was excellent, very well seasoned, and perfectly balanced. For my main course, the steak with fries was also delicious. The rare cooking was perfectly executed; the meat was tender and melted in your mouth. The glass of Côtes du Rhône paired very well with this dish. To finish, the chocolate fondant was very good, a sure thing. The setting is pleasant, in a style typical of traditional bistros, with a friendly atmosphere. The welcome was also very warm. A very good place that I recommend.

We were served by a very kind, friendly, professional, and above all, polite and courteous waiter, unlike the staff at Buffalo Grill. To this day, I recommend this restaurant and the waiter.
