The food is sloppy: the hamburger was overcooked and practically inedible. The other dish was barely acceptable and completely unlike what we expected.
Perhaps the regional dishes are good, but if so, deviating from them leads to disaster.

The staff were very friendly.
The only slight issue was with The Fork regarding payment, not the restaurant. On the contrary, the person at the register was very patient.
The Fork should simplify their payment method.

13/12/2024: Worst experience of our life, the waitress forced us to pay for 2 beers without us wanting to. The waitress is unpleasant and speaks badly to us while feeling superior. Threatens to call the boss and looks down on us. Don't come, I advise you to run!!!

10/12/2025: Meh. I booked a table at a restaurant at 12:15 PM with the constraint of having a quick lunch (45 minutes). The owner agreed, and I arrived on time, but my order was taken 30 minutes later. I ordered a piece of fried beef for €25. At first glance, the promised 300g wasn't there; the plate wasn't even full of fries. The meat was bland, and the shallot sauce (€1 extra) was awful (where were the shallots???). To make up for the lost time, there was no dessert or coffee. Another waste of time trying to pay with the card terminal. After several unsuccessful minutes, the owner suggested I pay by check, which I accepted to end this bad experience. I don't like to write these kinds of reviews, but at this level of dissatisfaction, I had no other choice.
26/08/2025: For a truly delightful first experience. Yet it wasn't a given. With tight timing and late guests. Everything was handled with kindness. The food is homemade, the service is with a smile. We will be back with pleasure. Thank you.

12/10/2025: Excellent meal, especially the St. Nectaire truffade, divine.
A little extra: the person who served us is a rugby fan. Being from Bordeaux, she was extra kind and served us ice cream in a red Bx (ubb) cup. Thank you, thank you for this kind gesture. We recommend this restaurant and will be back! Don't change, it's so rare to see kind and pleasant people with a sense of humor.
