06/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We hadn't booked, but they managed to find us a table for four with children. The staff were very pleasant, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. It's rare these days to find all three. The lamb shoulder was simply incredible.

24/07/2026: The ice cream is delicious and the staff is very friendly. We've been coming every day since we arrived. Keep up the good work, it's so rare, and keep your staff always smiling, even though I imagine it's not always easy these days. Best of luck for the rest of the season.

26/07/2026: A very good experience, the dishes were excellent and the portions were perfect. Special mention for the chef's sauces, which were delicious! The waiter, Antoine, was very pleasant and a real asset to the restaurant. I highly recommend it.

We ate there with our two children, and Nanou welcomed us with exceptional warmth. She took wonderful care of us throughout the meal. Our children were treated like royalty and had a children's menu of a quality I've never seen in any other restaurant. As for the food itself, it was absolutely delicious! Kudos to the whole team, and thank you again for this wonderful experience.

11/01/2026: Warm welcome, friendly place. The seafood was very fresh, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cheese and rum baba we had for dessert were also very good. I recommend it.
04/01/2026: We had a wonderful meal. Foie gras and salmon to share, fish soup, and prawns. Everything was delicious.

Generous portions (I had to share my starter 😅).
But above all, the baby squid was absolutely delicious!!
14/07/2026: A warm welcome! We tried the mixed grill and the chef's baby squid – everything was excellent! Our teenager thoroughly enjoyed the generous and tender sirloin steak, and our youngest loved the children's menu! I highly recommend it – excellent food and quality ingredients!!! (Remember to book a table on the terrace!) Goodbye!

Bakeries that put on a show with their decor but serve bread that's nothing special are everywhere. Bakeries like yours, simple and authentic, with the taste of well-crafted work, are sadly much rarer. In short, don't change a thing. We'll be back tomorrow!
11/07/2026: I stopped at this bakery while passing through, based on customer reviews. I ordered a well-baked wholemeal loaf and ended up with an undercooked, sticky loaf in the middle, inedible...

23/01/2026: I stopped by Hendaye on my layover on my way from Paris to San Sebastian.
There's a wine shop at the front of the entrance and a wine bar at the back.
They have a wide selection of wines by the glass, as well as beer and liqueurs.
They also have a wide selection of tapas. The portions might be a little too much for one person.
There didn't seem to be an English menu, but the staff were happy to assist me in English.
They were very friendly and I felt at home.😊

05/08/2026: We came on holiday to this lovely town and ended up at this restaurant. We ordered two burgers: the chef's burger and the chicken burger, and we were quite satisfied. They even put pizza tomato on my burger, and I've never tasted anything so good.
When we arrived, we barely spoke any French, but the waiters spoke fluent Spanish and helped us every step of the way. The restaurant has beautiful views of the beach; it's simply incredible. The only minor issue I found was with the restrooms. I understand they can't remove all the graffiti, but the faucet didn't have a handle, and there was no soap. Also, the toilet flush button was broken, but it worked. If they remodel the restrooms, this restaurant would be much busier, and we would definitely return.
04/08/2026: It's a shame, a beer costs 8.50 and yesterday they charged me 4.50.
