02/05/2026: Great restaurant. We came without a reservation, but it's fine in the off-season. I imagine it must be a different story in peak season. The dishes are excellent, the cooking perfectly executed. I ordered the octopus, which was incredibly tender! We'll definitely be back.

11/01/2026: Warm welcome, friendly place. The seafood was very fresh, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cheese and rum baba we had for dessert were also very good. I recommend it.

01/06/2026: We received a very warm welcome, the service was efficient, and it's the food that makes the trip worthwhile, in addition to the view. The mojito was fantastic, the homemade calamari fritters were delicious—even my wife ate them, which she doesn't usually like—the pork was incredibly tender, the fish was cooked to perfection, and the desserts were sublime. We have absolutely no complaints; keep up the good work!

23/01/2026: I stopped by Hendaye on my layover on my way from Paris to San Sebastian.
There's a wine shop at the front of the entrance and a wine bar at the back.
They have a wide selection of wines by the glass, as well as beer and liqueurs.
They also have a wide selection of tapas. The portions might be a little too much for one person.
There didn't seem to be an English menu, but the staff were happy to assist me in English.
They were very friendly and I felt at home.😊

20/05/2026: The food was very good, the tagliatelle carbonara was excellent.
The glass of rosé (Côtes de Provence) was light and pleasant.
The waitress was very friendly and efficient. The setting is great.
Excellent value for money. There's a large screen outside, which is fine if it's not too bright.
Overall, very positive.

20/04/2026: Unfriendly manager, expensive dishes compared to what was on the plate, local beer at 10 euros; I left disappointed.
05/04/2026: I went to this establishment for a drink, but my experience was very disappointing.
The waiter was particularly unpleasant, which made the experience rather unpleasant. Furthermore, when it came time to pay, we were informed that credit cards weren't accepted, even though this hadn't been mentioned at the beginning or clearly displayed anywhere.
This lack of transparency and hospitality is truly regrettable. I do not recommend this establishment.

Pastries in the sun even if they are refrigerated, perhaps I should not have noticed them during my visit🤔
In addition, no respect for the people who take the trouble to travel to apply and do a test.
As no response from the manager despite my 2 reminders, I leave this notice to let people know the lack of humanity that reigns there... no wonder the salespeople do not stay.
For my part, I was not a customer but I know that will never be the case.

Thanks to the maid for her service every day, nothing to say. (Thank you for putting a small tray in the rooms with a kettle for small coffee) Have a nice day

29/09/2024: Excellent! We were tempted by the menu despite the empty terrace and what a good thing we did! It was delicious, the prices very reasonable, and the owner was super friendly. She was alone that evening and handled the cooking and service brilliantly. I highly recommend it!
