13/03/2026: As always when we go to Walter's for ice cream, crepes, or waffles, the attention to detail in the crepe presentation and the service from everyone is unparalleled; the staff are incredibly friendly. The texture, creaminess, freshness, and flavor of the ice cream are excellent, no question about it. My only complaint is that in the summer it's so crowded that we have to wait in line... a minor inconvenience and not the ice cream shop's fault; there must be a reason it's so popular.

11/01/2026: Warm welcome, friendly place. The seafood was very fresh, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cheese and rum baba we had for dessert were also very good. I recommend it.

27/03/2026: A very good restaurant with a lovely view of the harbor. A set lunch menu on weekdays for 25 euros features fresh, locally sourced ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The service was excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return.

23/01/2026: I stopped by Hendaye on my layover on my way from Paris to San Sebastian.
There's a wine shop at the front of the entrance and a wine bar at the back.
They have a wide selection of wines by the glass, as well as beer and liqueurs.
They also have a wide selection of tapas. The portions might be a little too much for one person.
There didn't seem to be an English menu, but the staff were happy to assist me in English.
They were very friendly and I felt at home.😊

Our little dog was also very welcome.
We had a very good lunch; the galettes were excellent and the ingredients were high quality.
We had a very pleasant time.
27/12/2025: The cookies were delicious, the service was excellent, we had ordered the savory and sweet ones separately, and they recommended we order the "special offer". The atmosphere of the place was wonderful, a quiet and welcoming spot. As soon as we sat down, they put a bottle of fresh water on the table. We had a very pleasant meal there.

09/12/2025: A quick stop for a drink. The menu looked tempting, so I decided to eat there. I chose pork cheek with truffle-infused dauphinoise potatoes: sublime. A small, family-run bistro – go there, you won't be disappointed.

Pastries in the sun even if they are refrigerated, perhaps I should not have noticed them during my visit🤔
In addition, no respect for the people who take the trouble to travel to apply and do a test.
As no response from the manager despite my 2 reminders, I leave this notice to let people know the lack of humanity that reigns there... no wonder the salespeople do not stay.
For my part, I was not a customer but I know that will never be the case.

18/11/2024: Hello, it's been 2 times that we have slept at their place with my partner, no problem, very kind, always available when we need it. Thanks to the maid for her service every day, nothing to say. (Thank you for putting a small tray in the rooms with a kettle for small coffee) Have a nice day
