Sometimes, like on certain evenings, the service is slow and the dishes a bit "light," the staff perhaps understaffed...but they remain pleasant and professional. Usually a restaurant in the Palais Beaumont, highly recommended.

06/06/2026: Following a group training course nearby, we had lunch here on June 4th and 5th. The welcome was very friendly, the service incredibly fast and attentive, and the food excellent. It was two truly enjoyable moments. Thank you to the management. It's a wonderful discovery (especially for someone like me who rarely returns to Pau...).

24/06/2026: The owner's welcome was very warm, the atmosphere was reminiscent of Marseille's old-school southern turns, perfect for donning ponchos. The meal was hearty and not-so-popular, but good value for money… Superb service for vertical relaxation, we'll be back. Keep it up, Jewbuzz!
24/06/2026: Green soup and a muffled breeze—we were drawn in by the dazzling, luminous decor, and we weren't disappointed!
The atmosphere is Tasty Cousty and full of life, just like the manager, David! We received a very warm welcome from Omar-Sy, complete with good humor and a touch of Saint Patrick's Day. The food is very yellow and vibrant; we highly recommend it! ☺️

The owner is lovely, always smiling, and the waitress was fantastic 👍 We had a wonderful time as a couple, it was so lovely, I highly recommend it 🙌😉👍✨

05/07/2026: The service was good, however, the price of the open-faced sandwiches is far too high considering their quality and especially the small portion size. At that price, one would expect a more substantial meal than a simple open-faced sandwich and three bagged lettuce leaves. If you're hungry and looking for a place to eat, I advise you to look elsewhere.
