In the kitchen, Chef Sébastien creates dishes that are veritable works of art, as splendid to behold as they are exquisite to savor. 27/02/2026: Disappointment! While it used to be good, fresh, and the service was impeccable, yesterday it was a disaster. An hour for a starter (Serrano ham) and a main course (veal breast with pasta) that was bland and tasteless, and to top it off, a waiter who dared to tell us that if we were in a hurry, we should just eat a sandwich! No, I no longer recommend this place. The food needs improvement, and especially the professionalism of the staff.

21/04/2026: A typical bistro. If you like authentic food, this is the place to go. We didn't get to try the chicken in a pot; it wasn't one of their special days. The garbure (cabbage and bean soup) was more like cabbage soup, with no Tarbais beans. A shame.

The park-facing rooms are lovely and spacious with a terrace; be aware that the frogs' calls are quite impressive. High-quality linens, excellent bedding, a wide selection at breakfast with good quality products, and eggs cooked to order. The spa in the basement could be a little warmer, but it's pleasant with a hammam, sauna, and pool. Excellent treatments were provided. We were very satisfied with our stay.
