The card is renewed often. The staff is gracious and the dishes are typical of the region. A very nice list of desserts and very pleasant tasting of local wines.
This year, disappointed with the makeover of the building... Where is my Mâconnaise house with its grand staircase and gallery??
The warmth of the place is lost in the new rooms that open. Servers get lost in all these shared tables.
The water jugs look really sad with all these limescale stains.
I was a fan of this restaurant but the Mâconnaise soul is no longer there... Really a shame...

05/04/2024: How can you not go all out when you frequent such a house! It’s not the first time we’ve come for lunch there but it’s always excellent from every point of view and it’s always a great time!!! The butlers Patrick and Christophe take great care of you and you really feel like you're invited. It's super nice. As for the chef, he does his best to satisfy us so as not to stay on a false note.
Your stars are well deserved and your home is well worth the trip…

I highly recommend.
04/04/2024: Prices are generally very low and the freshness of the products is better than in supermarkets. After the market it's my favorite place for fruits and vegetables

Abundant food, pleasant waiters.

03/04/2024: Unlucky visit...were looking forward to eating here but they were understaffed which resulted in the grilled meats all being overcooked and inedible, not to mention hardly any service. There was no apology for the terrible food. Perhaps just unlucky for us this evening. The server refused to explain the menu, and never stopped by our table to check on us, she disappeared into the kitchen for minutes at a time leaving the grill master to wait tables. It seemed as though she had to prepare the desserts. A great disappointment, we left our entrées completely uneaten.

Once again, it was a success!
Jean Michel Carrette's cuisine does not cheat and once again delighted us.
Not always easy between two seasons.
High-quality local products and a magnificently well-balanced wine list with a carefully chosen choice of winegrowers. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped.
A must-have!
03/04/2024: We took the "market menu", it was really very good, very beautiful, fine. We had a great time, with everything you would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant: succulent dishes, beautiful decoration, very beautiful handmade cutlery and plates, and meticulous service.
