The shuttle service was available 24/7 and always arrived promptly, which made everything very convenient for us. The concierge team was exceptionally polite, efficient, and helpful at all times. We booked half board and were very impressed by the quality of the food. Being able to choose from the regular menu was a wonderful touch. There was a great variety of excellent dishes, all beautifully prepared and of consistently high quality. We also thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail selection. The drinks were creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The ski room was spacious and comfortable, and the ski service was truly exceptional. The staff assisted with ski boots and brought the skis outside, which added an extra level of comfort and luxury to the experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and could not find a single point of dissatisfaction. We would be delighted to return and look forward to visiting your hotel again.

13/02/2026: There's a lot of condescension from the ski patrol and a desire to privatize the access road to Cospillot by obstructing local residents with their skis blocking the path, and now the construction of dangerous roller coasters. Your 5-star hotel status doesn't give you the right to harm local residents and privatize an access road!

10/12/2025: The welcome was friendly, however the raclette was served with one small piece of nitrite-treated cooked ham, one small piece of country ham, and one slice of low-quality sausage per person. Along with this came a small bowl of green salad with three pieces of tomato for two people.

16/02/2026: We just spent a week at Les Airelles Courchevel, as we do every year, and we are as delighted as ever. Whether it's the doormen at the hotel entrance, the concierges, the restaurant staff, the spa staff, the housekeeping staff, etc., everything is perfect, efficient, and attentive, with a constant focus on providing impeccable service. The staff at Les Airelles never exhibit the mechanical behavior typical of luxury hotels: they are more than that; they are simply dedicated and warm. Consider starting a little diet before your arrival at Les Airelles 😉, because it's difficult to resist the temptation of the dishes offered by the chefs in the various restaurants. Every evening, we have the pleasure of discovering a new thoughtful touch in our room (ski fleece, pajamas, a candle, etc.), which is the height of attention to detail that we won't find even in the grandest hotels in Europe. All this in a wonderfully well-designed setting (wood creating a very warm atmosphere, beautiful draperies worthy of the finest designers, fireplaces always lit…). Leaving Les Airelles was truly heartbreaking, especially when it meant returning to the Parisian gloom.

The rooms blend classic French Alpine luxury with modern comfort: warm, elegant, and spacious. Every moment of our stay made us feel like "valued guests." From breakfast to dinner, from the spa to the bars, every detail has been carefully considered. Ski-in/ski-out access is a particularly advantageous feature that enhances skiing. The price is high, but it's clearly worth it – a luxurious experience.

20/01/2026: Fantasic place to chill and sip on a few beers. Charlie is great!! I'm english, my wife is spanish and our friends are french, and he could interact, speak and have a laugh with us all in our own languages! Top man!! We'll be back!

17/01/2026: It's become our favorite bar, with a great selection of beers at good prices. Language isn't a barrier here, especially with our favorite bartender, Charlie. You can speak Spanish, English, and French with him, and his professionalism and friendliness make all the difference. ♡
