This was a prayer time in this restaurant.
Came on Sunday March 31.
We were very well received, in the cozy little lounge everything was very good and fresh from start to finish 10/10 for the chef.
The waitress is a dark-haired lady with glasses, she is very smiling and pleasant, she makes you feel at ease. knows her work very well, she even helped us choose a glass of red wine because I only drink rosé and wanted to try it (well recommended).
I would happily come back and recommend it to my friends.

10/05/2024: A very usual establishment from the “Au Bureau” chain.
We were greeted coldly because "we went through the terrace and not through the door so you understand we can't get out anymore"... it's getting cold, even though the terrace offers a perfectly usable entrance. In short, error on our part. Pleasant room although a little noisy, long service (we were testing a new item, so no worries on that front).
Food without much research, portions a little light and taste bland.
Good sympathy from the team during our departure and payment.

We are regulars at this brand because we have the loyalty card.
We do not recommend this one.

Failed experiment.
No carafe of water spontaneously offered, the basics.
Rumsteak steak full of nerves, inedible. Notice to the waitress “sorry it’s the butcher’s fault” (€24!)
Profiteroles with a frozen chocolate topping... (€12) probably prepared well in advance but therefore the pleasure is not there.
Proper chorizo beef skewer (€36)
At the counter to pay:
" Everything went well ? »
“Ugh..”
“105€ please”
Experience not at the expected level given the prices charged.
We expected a quality of service that would make you want to come back.

02/04/2024: Dinner - Buffet with mediocre food and high prices, too noisy, even at 7pm. Slow service (drinks are served at the table).
07/03/2024: We had dinner at Cape Code, a fairly extensive buffet and quite good.
Too bad the mussels were cold.

03/04/2024: Really good food! Came in with a large tourist group. Excellent service! The meal was very tasty. The appetizer was something I've never had. If anyone knows what it is called, please reply. It was some tuna? with carrots and a poached egg in gelatin. VERY nice! The chicken was perfect. The apple tart/pie had a little tartness complimented by a sauce that tasted like rich, melted vanilla ice cream!
So far, on the 7th day of a 10 day guided trip, by far the best meal!

04/04/2024: We came to visit the gardens. We sat in this cafe. The tables were very dirty, the service slow and sloppy. I didn't even want to touch the coffee cup, let alone think about drinking coffee from the cup of the arriving customer. The glass and spoon they gave to the arriving customer were dirty and stained. You're lucky if they wash them once a week. Interest and relevance are very low. A place to never frequent. Stay away for your health.
24/03/2024: Very nice restaurant!
8 of us went there without reservation and were able to get a table as soon as we arrived. We were seated upstairs, a quieter room than on the ground floor and with plenty of space between the tables.
Order taking/service was quick.
The only downsides for us were the quantity on the plates in relation to the prices: one plate is perfect for small eaters but left several of us disappointed. As for the sauces, we thought that when we came to this restaurant we would all have sauce on our plate and not Amora sauces or almost finished Tabasco placed on the table.
However, the dishes were very good!

17/03/2024: Our daughter got married in June 2023, we spoke regularly with Chantal about the choice of menus and the organization. Only one thing to say; exceptional! The excellent menus, the availability of the staff: nothing to say. We recommend!
