A pretty decoration.
The cuisine sometimes lacks flavors and seasoning.
The techno dessert is meant to be original and I like that but be careful that originality does not take over what a dessert should be.

22/10/2023: A Cordes, les options ne sont pas très nombreuses, mais celle ci est tout a fait correcte. Je trouve cependant que les prix sont un peu élèves par rapport à la quantité et aussi par rapport à la qualité. Cela dit c’est une bonne option pour un restaurant touristique et accueil est très bon.
18/10/2023: Très déçu du cassoulet servis , soit disant maison , viandes très sèches , haricots aucune saveurs , et en plus c’était froids , très cher payer je ne reviendrais pas et ne recommande pas cette adresse , dommage car belle vue depuis la terrasse cdt.

30/03/2024: Very friendly waiters, quantity and above all quality! The price is more than reasonable, you can sit on the terrace, inside or upstairs, I highly recommend! A very hearty 4 cheese pizza and a very tasty wok of vegetables, for dessert also a semi-cooked chocolate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a very very good French toast with orange blossom and caramel

05/04/2024: 🍴 Close to Sainte Cécile, this art deco restaurant offers service upstairs or on the terrace on the ground floor. The charming staff makes the place friendly, and their refined advice enhances the pleasure on the plate.
From starter to dessert, the dishes are exceptional. The meats are divine (lamb shoulder, duck breast, etc.) and the combinations are explosive in the mouth. The wine list enhances these for a balanced and gourmet meal.
There is therefore a lot of Noise in the Kitchen and it is that of the hard work of an artisan who delights the taste buds with talent.

05/04/2024: Little romantic weekend in the pretty town of Gaillac. Liking to eat well, we chose to come to this restaurant and we have no regrets. Very good welcome, very good service and very good food. I recommend without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team for this great time.

The lamb was dry, they explained to me that it must have been the pieces on top. As compensation I was given a pen. The promise was not there, the starter was very good but not very filling and the dessert was good without particularity.
Very disappointed, I paid too much for the meal

Considering the menu prices and the heavy atmosphere, a smile at the cash register wouldn't have gone amiss.
Really disappointed.

01/04/2024: The Brasserie du Pontié is the oldest and most famous in Albi. We can say that it is part of the heritage. Ideally located on the Place du Vigan which serves as a forum or Tien An Men square in Albi. In addition, we are well served by waiters in a good mood. Brasserie food with some good-natured local color. Beautiful east-facing terrace. This is the place to be!
31/03/2024: The pizzas, which is what I tried, are frankly very bad, the other thing we tried were hamburgers and they were okay. In short, I think that in the same area there are better alternatives.

01/04/2024: Superb stay in this beautiful establishment. The restaurant is superbly decorated with modern and absolutely delicious cuisine. The hotel part does not deserve: spacious, beautiful and very pleasant room, magnificent bathroom. Very well maintained hotel.
Special mention for the caring and very welcoming staff. We will come back to it very soon. THANKS
29/03/2024: Cat opinion concerns the restaurant and not the hotel.
The decoration is cozy, the atmosphere cozy and the service competent (the waiters know the composition of the dishes and the quality of the wines). When we ask for wines by the glass, they are served from the bottle.
The dishes are beautifully presented and they are good, as are the desserts.
The piece of Tarn pork, however, seemed a little dry to me, which is in fact the characteristic of this meat.
