The bone marrow and its sauce were excellent—a real delight! All the dishes were perfectly seasoned. We had a wonderful time. We'll be back! 25/09/2026: Good restaurant. Fast service and good food. The medium-rare steak was very red in the middle... I asked for it to be cooked a little more, and it came out the way I like it... it was super tender and juicy. Fair price. We went back two more times.

17/09/2026: A superb find in a slightly out-of-the-way neighborhood. The decor is very nice and the outdoor terrace is lovely. The service is impeccable. The dishes are homemade and truly original and delicious. I hadn't tried beef pear before, but it's wonderful. The atmosphere is calm. I highly recommend it.

01/06/2026: Stayed 2 nights, this was my worst experience at a hotel as the air conditioning was spoilt! We were in the middle of the heat wave with temperatures above 30 degrees celsius, and we could not get a respite and good night’s rest at the hotel! When we brought this issue up to the receptionist, there was nothing she could offer to do for us. No fan, no change of rooms, no compensation, just a namecard with the hotel’s email on it. She promised the repairman would come and fix the first night, but on the second night it was still not working and the room was hot and stuffy as hell.

26/04/2026: Clean, comfortable room and a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was simple but fresh, with a good mix of pastries, yogurt, and fruit. Solid stay overall 👍

07/07/2026: A well-stocked boulangerie with well-made products, everything from the croissants to the bread is good, and the staff is kind and polite.

06/07/2026: Super good food and a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The guy who served us was helpful and very kind (especially since we were tourists and didn't speak French). The atmosphere was excellent.

26/09/2026: The service was terrible, the waiters were unfriendly and very slow, the food was extremely cold, and the place was filthy. Never eat at the Hippopotamus in Belle Épine; it's disgusting.
