The manager is incredibly kind and welcoming. She greeted us with a lovely smile and great warmth, which was very pleasant. The staff is also friendly and the service is excellent. We enjoyed our visit and will gladly return. I highly recommend Pomme de Pain Belle Épine for its welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, and quality of service. 😊

26/06/2026: The venue is spacious and air-conditioned (useful during heatwaves). The 10-minute walk from metro line 14 Gustave Roussy is quick, but the surroundings of the venue aren't particularly inviting.

04/10/2026: We came for a birthday party of over 30 people, and despite being a little late, the team was fantastic! They managed the service as if it were effortless. The food was EXCELLENT! Thank you to AnnL. and her partner for the service, and also to the entire team! We will definitely be back! 27/09/2026: I came on Saturday evening, September 26th, for a special event. What a disappointment! - It's like a nightclub; there's no real dance floor. 90% of the space is taken up by tables and chairs, probably to maximize profits for customers by encouraging them to buy bottles. - This creates an atmosphere of small, rather closed-off groups. - The evening's energy is too slow; it only really picks up around 2:00 or 2:30 AM. I left at 2:00 AM.

08/04/2026: I'm from Finland on a business trip to France. I walked past the place and the place was bustling with old gentlemen and ladies. I concluded from these that the place must be especially good 👌 My guess was completely right 🙏 I took the menu and a glass of wine. Everything was perfect 😇 Thank you very much, the place is really worth a visit 🙏

10/09/2026: Best hotel with affordable price. Mr. Felip was so kind and a guy. We 3 men stay 2 nights and are satisfied. Hope to come again and stay at the hotel.

03/09/2026: Avoid this place if you have young children. After daycare, we decided to go for drinks with friends and our 19-month-old and 24-month-old children. Around 7:30 pm, we simply gave them the meal we had brought for them, which was age-appropriate, while we ate there. The manager then came over and started making a huge fuss because we dared to feed our own children. Her attitude was unbelievable, unpleasant, and showed a complete lack of common sense towards two toddlers who simply needed dinner. We were customers, we were ordering food, and it was obviously not our place to bring our own meals. Making a scene with parents because they were feeding their 19- and 24-month-old children at dinnertime is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise families with young children against going to this establishment. We will certainly never set foot in it again. One star, only because Google doesn't allow zero stars.

03/10/2026: The atmosphere is very nice, the place pleasant, the food very good... unfortunately, the toilets are very dirty. For an establishment of this quality, open all day, it's unacceptable. There are cobwebs in the men's room and urine on the floor in the women's. A little cleaning would be much appreciated. It's a real shame.

I ordered steak tartare and, during the following night, I became very ill with symptoms that made me think of food poisoning. I obviously can't definitively establish a link with the meal, but the timing is particularly concerning. Furthermore, the service was also disappointing. We had ordered drink packages, and processing them was complicated, with unclear explanations about Happy Hour and rather cumbersome handling. In the end, between the problem we encountered after the meal and the service that lacked fluidity and clarity, the experience was very disappointing. If you want, I can also make you a firmer and more impactful version, specifically adapted for a Google review, while remaining factual.

22/06/2026: I paid a €50 deposit through Wero and a €20 bill. That leaves me with a €30 refund. I waited a week and called three times, but I still haven't received my money back despite being told "we'll take care of it." I find it absurd that I have to call to get my money back when the refund should have been processed immediately after payment, or the next day. I'm going to consider sending a formal notice. There were 10 of us that evening, and none of us will be returning. Since I see that you systematically respond to negative reviews while disclaiming all responsibility, I look forward to your response to this one.
