14/12/2024: Le repas était très bon, l’attente était trop longue par contre lors de notre passage vers 15h le samedi 14 décembre 2024, il y avait un serveur qui a travaillé, un jeune homme de couleur tout de noir vêtu qui était au bar aussi, très désagréable et irrespectueux qui ne mérite pas tout de travailler dans cette enseigne. Les autres serveurs ont été très correct et respectueux. Qu’il prennes exemple sur eux.

29/09/2024: Je me suis rendu à Hippopotamus un samedi soir ! On est allé sur un coup de tête en fin de soirée, voulant absolument l'entrée : œuf poché au chorizo ! Nous n'avons pas été déçus. On a bien été accueilli et servi rapidement, on a vraiment très bien mangé ! Il y avait très peu de monde, pour un samedi soir, je ne sais pas si nous sommes passées après le rush ou si vu que c'est les vacances, il y a moins de monde, en tout cas, on été très contente ! Si je veux chipoter : Hippopotamus prend les chèques vacances, mais pas en dématérialisé, c'est dommage, même si c'est un détail. Encore merci aux personnels, souriants, disponible et très professionnels ! Bon courage à l'équipe !

03/11/2024: Endroit chaleureux et agréable où nous avons apprécié les pâtes carbonaras et une pizza. Celle-ci copieuse et goûteuse ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir d’autant que les serveurs et cuisiniers sont très souriants et sympathiques…

23/01/2025: I usually stay at this hotel, where I am always made very welcome by the staff. The team is warm, always smiling, with a kind word for each customer. The hotel is ideally located and offers the possibility of free and safe parking, which is a real luxury in the Paris region. However, during my last stay, I occupied room 514, which could do with some updating, particularly in the bathroom. Finally, to my great regret, there are no longer bottles of water in the rooms for ecological reasons. I particularly miss this attention.

17/09/2024: 5 stars deserved! Great welcome, really friendly. The dishes are very good, as are the aperitif boards. The service is fast. All with a smile. In addition, the prices are really very fair. I have already come twice and I plan to come back very regularly.

08/09/2024: Service and friendly atmosphere, however the cuisine is not up to par. It was better before. there was a change of ownership and no more organic and local products. Now waffle (waffle) with industrial chicken (is it chicken anyway?, no taste), overcooked and cold fried egg. waffle of correct quality, nothing more, with the scent of orange blossom for the salty... disgusting spicy ketchup sauce without interest and which takes everything away, the rest has no flavor anyway. the composition of the plates has no taste interest. Very very and too smoked salmon, not very qualitative. salad with spinach shoots with beetroot ok but no seasoning or just mustard. The value for money is not there at all. If we compare the prices with others: 20 euros is really very expensive for a small plate of no quality. finally stomach ache a few hours after the meal In my opinion, a culinary proposition worth revisiting. And it's a shame, because the atmosphere is very nice.

29/08/2024: Unquestionably my favorite brasserie in Maisons-Alfort! This place has become my HQ. I don't hesitate to have breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner there! I am always well received there. Big plus: the decor, the attendance, the kitchen, the location, the bowl for my dog ​​and of course the great team without whom nothing is possible!!! Thank you.

21/01/2025: If you do not want your day to be ruined, avoid this place as all cost. Especially if you are a traveler. Their service is terrible. I was stopping by for some food before dinner so I only ordered a pasta and a coffee. And I was asked with terrible attitude from the waiter that said "Just one?". They were nice to local customers even they only have one drink. However, even I have tried to be as polite as I can, it seems they treat me totally different for some reasons I dont know. Maybe I couldn't speak French that could bothered the staff. The food is alright to be fair. But only if you are here for the food, since I got my day ruined.
