21/07/2026: As part of the 2026 Avignon Festival, I saw this play in this perfect little theater, with its intimate atmosphere. You're drawn into her world where she reveals what isn't said, or what you only think! It's a success... We had a great time! 👍

20/07/2026: "THE CIRCLE OF VISITING WIMPS": The world is in a bad way. Of the 15 shows we saw at the 2026 Avignon Off Festival, this is the only one that deeply disappointed us. 90% lip-syncing, few costume changes. The one-hour performance (compared to the advertised 1 hour 15 minutes) is barely reached after sequences that seem improvised and suggest a certain amateurishness. The Robin has accustomed us to much better. The performance we saw last year in the same vein was, both individually and overall, incomparable. (Mrs. Arthur is doing her opera). We can only advise you to choose another show and skip this one.

24/05/2026: This old hotel has retained its charm. However, it could use some restoration in certain areas (crooked stairs, faded paint in a few places, and worn carpets). It would be nice to offer the following in the rooms: a USB port, a bottle of water in the suites, chocolates in the evening when guests turn down for the night, etc. Small details, but they make all the difference. We had no hot water one evening. After mentioning the problem to reception, no one called us back. We tested the water again later, and it was working. A call to let us know it was being repaired would have been appropriate. The staff is efficient and dedicated. The hotel is very well located, and everything is within walking distance. The town is charming. I recommend this place.

08/08/2026: In the middle of a hot summer afternoon, after a pleasant visit to the Palais des Papes to see the Lee Ufan exhibition, we found the perfect spot to relax, cool off, and enjoy an ice cream. For maximum comfort, always choose a terrace with natural shade. You'll always be cooler there. This establishment's terrace is the only one truly shaded by large, sturdy plane trees that protect us from the scorching sun of recent years. Furthermore, it also boasts the best view of the palace, the spacious square, and the entire vista of the climb up to the gardens. It's peaceful because it's a car-free zone. The staff is warm, welcoming, and always smiling. They are incredibly attentive. Their menu is varied and available at extended hours to suit your appetite and pace. The ice cream menu is simple, varied, and delicious. So there we were, sitting in the shade of the large plane trees, enjoying ice cream, coffee, and cold drinks in peace and quiet. A must-visit spot.

07/08/2026: Wonderful setting opposite the Palais des Papes, tucked away from the terraces of other restaurants. We had a lovely dinner. The children's menu is perhaps a little pricey, as it only includes a drink and a main course for €15. Quality cuisine, beautiful view, and welcoming, friendly, and professional servers. A great experience during our stay in Avignon.

07/08/2026: Absolutely! This is what I would write: Great stop for EV drivers! There are plenty of fast chargers and enough space to park briefly, even with a trailer or caravan. While charging, you can sit comfortably in the shade on one of the picnic benches to have something to eat or drink. Also ideal if you are traveling with a dog: there is a green area right next to the charging station where you can easily take a short walk. A nice, quiet stop that offers everything for a comfortable charging break. Definitely recommended!

07/08/2026: The Leclerc supermarket really offers something extra compared to the others... Affordable prices and even a cafeteria area for lunch.

23/07/2026: If you're ever in Avignon, this is a must-visit! The crêpes are homemade, prepared right in front of you. They're delicious, large, and very reasonably priced. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. An excellent experience that I highly recommend!

One was on the phone, and the other had the nerve to serve me last, making a rude and condescending remark because I didn't know where to wait for my order. Not a very smart way to build customer loyalty. Furthermore, their gloved hands touched the phones, the till, and then the crepe...
