02/02/2026: Delightful cozy spot (with a very nice fireplace). Amazing, friendly staff who were very patient with my non existent French. Food was plentiful and very delicious. Try the au gratin potatoes for sure. Definitely make a reservation here.

24/01/2026: Extremely limited opening hours!
We made a reservation for four people on a Friday evening at 8:30 pm (a perfectly reasonable time, in my opinion).
The restaurant's response: "Better 8 pm because the kitchen closes after that."...
As a result, we went to eat elsewhere.
It's a real shame because we truly appreciate this restaurant, which offers quality dishes (which is why I gave it 4/5 stars). Should we make an effort with our opening hours or find another line of work?... 🤷🏼♂️

18/02/2026: The location is perfect, very cute, and in the evening with the festive lights, it's lovely. It's open even out of season; we stopped for a hot chocolate after a rainy walk, and it was very pleasant.
However, I found the welcome and the conversation very cold. I think they need to work on that; we didn't feel comfortable at all.

The perfect break in Lourmarin!
27/08/2025: A little tea room in Lourmarin… I was just planning on sipping a quiet cup of tea, and then the owner (a lovely old lady) showed up with mini lemon cakes. Seriously… they weren't cakes, they were bursts of sunshine packed into bite-sized pieces. I took a bite and Provence flashed before my eyes: the cicadas, the kitschy tablecloths with olives, it was all there. Before going in, I was just a curious tourist. When I left, I was still a curious tourist… but completely hooked on those divine lemon cakes.

07/07/2025: We were lucky to get a seat outside - and we had just walked up at a busy time. We were trying to get into another restaurant but it was too busy- and I’m so glad we got in here. The service was friendly and the chicken dish I had was absolutely gorgeous, lovely vegetables and all tasted fresh. (A few days later we went to the ‘other’ restaurant and imo it wasn’t nearly as good as this one.) I really liked it here.

Overall, the staff were very professional.
The terrace is really pleasant.
The ingredients are of good quality, however, the portions are smaller than in previous years.
The service is quick and efficient.
In short, for a restaurant operating at full capacity in an extremely touristy village, frequented mainly by tourists from outside the region or country, this restaurant stands out for its consistent quality, as this isn't our first visit.
We hope it continues this way!

06/09/2024: What to say????? That nothing has changed since our last visit 5 years ago (before, we went to Lourmarin, every year and to the counter, almost every day!) Excellent fresh cuisine, impeccable welcome, breathtaking culinary flavors, more than normal prices, really not the tourist trap, if you pass by there, the stop is MANDATORY and it's a 66 year old chef who tells you that!

Sourire gentillesses bonne humeur ces 3 mots résume l'esprit de ce restaurant, concernant les plats, un vrai régale pour les papilles, en bref je recommande a 200 %.
26/07/2024: Un petit coin de paradis dans le Vaucluse, un cadre sympathique et chaleureux. Je vous recommande les larmes du tigre, un vrai plat thaï pour s’évader
