20/08/2026: As always, it's a magical escape! The staff is incredibly friendly, the setting by the water is idyllic, and their brasucade is simply divine! 😍 I highly recommend it!

20/09/2026: Go here. Drop any plans you may have. Direct yourself to this restaurant. You get given fresh oysters. We also had fresh snails, prawns and mussels (the latter of which I highly, highly recommend) that was caught quite literally in the lagoon that you can see. You cannot get seafood that is nicer and fresher than this, not to mention that the menu is of a grandiose selection! You have so many choices of seafood, size of oysters and type and all sorts of things that probably make more sense to a frenchman than myself. And the sunset is oh-so-gorgeous. You can smell the sea, you eat well, you drink well, and just as if it couldn’t get any better - the sun kisses you as it says its goodbyes! What a perfect restaurant to go to. It is also very reasonably priced, and for food this good, worth every penny. The service is good and fast, and I know it might be a little hard to get here, out of the way, but it is worth any effort. Do yourself a favour, and go.

07/02/2026: Excellent evening served by Mayssam, a smiling and very helpful waitress. The mussels were fresh and delicious, and the salmon steak was of high quality. A very good restaurant; I highly recommend it.

18/09/2026: This is a great place for anyone who wants to enjoy seafood. This fish shop doesn't just sell fish or offer shellfish platters; they also prepare typical regional dishes. Fish and shellfish go from the counter to the plate thanks to the chef's expert hands. The cooking is perfectly executed. Enjoy the warm atmosphere of a true seafood professional. Reservations are recommended. Don't look for meat options here; this is primarily a fishmonger, not a butcher!

20/09/2026: Very authentic, fresh and delicious.

13/09/2026: Second time at this restaurant, and still fantastic. A few shrimp with aioli as a starter, and 12 oysters that were still in the water that morning. Delicious. For dessert, a rum baba made by a local pastry chef, generously soaked in a good quality rum and topped with vanilla whipped cream. The restaurant doesn't accept credit cards. The village ATM was out of order. But the manager was accommodating; a Wero transfer allowed me to pay. Remember to bring cash.

19/09/2026: Past experience over 10 years has been fantastic. This time I was embarrassed in front of my American friends. The fish soup was very salty, the tiny filet steak was served rare not medium then obviously microwaved to correct the fault. The creme brulee, was more like a runny custard. Some reviews have to be harsh to improve standards so my critisisms are meant well

01/11/2025: Truly exceptional, a real change from the other restaurants nearby. The management is very respectful and attentive. The dishes are delicious and refined. The prices are very reasonable. Go there, you'll be delighted. I just learned that this restaurant is closing permanently! A HUGE LOSS for the town of Agde, really. It would have been better if it had been the other one next door...

22/10/2025: A truly fantastic restaurant! There were seven of us, and everyone was delighted. The welcome was friendly, and the service was very attentive. The menus were also available in German, which made ordering easy. The dishes were very creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The "Little Delight" set menu is especially recommended. The gratinated mussels, the red mullet, and the special lemon tart were all outstanding! Paying by card was no problem. The ambiance on the little boat is truly lovely. We'll definitely be back!

23/08/2026: For many years, we had a ritual of stopping at Titou's in Meze. Friday, August 21, 2026, will certainly be the last. The initial welcome was cold, though it did warm up later, but the food was subpar. For example, the crab was frozen but poorly thawed, with some areas still warm and others still frozen. In short, it was a real letdown. We had recommended this place to family in the spring, who were also disappointed. A shame, but no hard feelings!
