06/08/2026: While visiting Le Pouliguen on a romantic getaway, my friend had booked a table at this restaurant as a surprise. We were treated like royalty with radiant smiles, seated at a stunning table overlooking the sea, and enjoyed perfectly cooked and delicious fish, all with attentive service from the waiters throughout the meal. We felt truly privileged, as if we were in a gourmet restaurant, yet the prices remained quite reasonable. Thank you for this magical experience.

05/08/2026: We had a delicious meal and received wonderful service at this lovely restaurant. We sat comfortably in the garden and had a sharing dinner featuring, among other things, the octopus ceviche, the cod balls, fish rillette, a ball of prawns with mayo... everything was delicious and the bottle of Petit Chablis was a perfect match. The waitress was friendly and very attentive. We had a wonderful evening.

05/08/2026: We spent 15 days in La Baule and loved lunch and dinner at 16 Art. A restaurant worth discovering. You won't be disappointed. A pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Delicious, very fresh, and generously served dishes. Special mention for Mama's shrimp! A fantastic team. The waiters and waitresses are attentive, responsive, very professional, and always smiling. 15/05/2026: A warm welcome and inexpensive cocktails. For starters, a "revisited" cordon bleu, I felt like I'd eaten a completely ordinary cordon bleu, and I'm still looking for the promised smoked ham. As for the main course, the unwashed lettuce leaf was very crunchy, and the burrito with pork knuckle wasn't actually knuckle and simply wasn't good. The servers (the sommelier and his colleague who served aperitifs) were very good. There was a major problem with the kitchen.

09/05/2026: My husband gave me this wonderful experience for my 50th birthday. I love Mexico and chocolate, so it was the perfect gift. The explanations from our two specialists were very interesting and interspersed with hands-on activities to help us create our own chocolate bar. The chocolate was of exceptional quality! We had a fantastic time, thank you!

Above all, the hotel is of exceptional quality: the decor, the service, the breakfast, and the bar offerings are all superb.
