15/01/2026: Excellent experience at Hoto. Passing through Mulhouse, I was looking for a quick bite. I definitely don't regret going to Hoto. Very friendly welcome, a wide selection of dishes, and excellent food. I'll be back on my next trip to Mulhouse.

24/04/2026: Next to La Quille is Paupiette! A small restaurant with only about twenty seats, so you have to make a reservation as the kitchen is small and seating is limited. I arrived without prior notice, and I say this because the welcome was nonetheless intelligent and warm. I completely let myself be guided and asked the waiter to choose for me, without knowing what would end up on my plate. The starter was a delightful surprise: crisp asparagus, an airy lemon foam, roasted cashews, and fresh mint. Obviously, it's the season, but what a creative way to prepare these asparagus, truly exquisite! Then the waiter sensed my vegetarian preferences: wild garlic spaetzle, a delicately velvety pea sauce, and perfectly caramelized roasted vegetables. The wild garlic, the quintessential seasonal ingredient, infuses the entire dish with an irresistible touch of wildness. The portion was generous; I couldn't finish it and was able to take the rest home—a thoughtful gesture. The dessert was simple yet incredibly effective: a passion fruit meringue tartlet, tangy, melt-in-your-mouth, topped with a perfectly golden meringue. Then, a delicate and flavorful coffee to round off the feast. To drink, a Hopfield non-alcoholic beer that perfectly complemented this inventive cuisine. A true culinary delight.

16/05/2026: Excellent service. We had a wonderful dinner. Everything was delicious and well-presented. The beef was perfectly spiced, the stir-fried noodles and garlic rice were also very good. The shrimp fritters and chicken spring rolls were perfectly crispy and flavorful, just the way we like them. The waitresses were very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

02/05/2026: This rating is well-considered and perfectly justified. If the service, after we pointed it out, had at least bothered to correct the errors, we would have rated it differently. A lack of professionalism. However, we paid, and without any compensation.

23/05/2026: If there's one place you absolutely must visit in Mulhouse, it's this one. A refined atmosphere pervades this magnificent space, with aperitifs served upstairs overlooking the restaurant. Then, an excellent meal at a very reasonable price – simply superb. This former theater is a must-see; thank you to the team.
