Les meilleurs restaurants en Mulhouse

22/07/2026: Impressive. The whole car history in front of your eyes. + the F1 exhibition was also incredible. I love how every car has a detailed description of who, when, how.

22/07/2026: Magnificent collection, the cars are as beautiful as ever. Special mention for the F1 exhibition; it's exceptional to see these racing cars so close up, all accompanied by the captivating music of Hans Zimmer—truly fantastic! A very good idea, well worth a visit. (A small suggestion for the management: please clean the museum's entrance door.)

24/07/2026: The welcome was warm, and the food focused on various escalopes, as well as entrecote. The meat was very good and plentiful. We didn't drink wine, but beer.

12/09/2026: A failed opening due to a lack of staff in the kitchen and clearly a lack of professionalism in the dining room; as for the dishes, I don't know if they are recipe cards but they are not finished.

08/09/2026: The food is excellent, the ingredients delicious, and each dish is presented with great care and creativity—it's as beautiful as it is tasty! 26/08/2026: For the girls' birthday, we ate at L'Opéra D'Alex. I highly recommend this restaurant because the food is excellent, the atmosphere is family-friendly, the service is very good and generous, and the staff are also very kind. Thank you for this lovely day!

28/09/2026: Great traditional food, and good service, thank you!

26/09/2026: Auberge des Franciscains' simple yet characteristic menu seamlessly captures the rich identity of Alsatian cuisine, delivering the layered flavors of fermentation, stone ovens, and meats simmering for hours in earthenware pots directly to the plate. The subtle crispness and smoky aroma of the Flammekueche as it emerges from the oven whets the appetite, transforming into a true regional feast with cabbage balanced by the acidity of white wine and Choucroute, the pinnacle of a gently cooked offal-meat balance. Finally, when a pinch of cumin sprinkled on the characteristic Munster cheese from the Vosges Mountains meets the aromatic body of the Gewurztraminer, this menu transcends mere dinner, offering a fresh, intimate, and profoundly refined gastronomic experience that fully embodies the wine culture and winter culinary heritage of the Rhine Valley.
