06/11/2025: I really enjoyed it. Simple but tasty food. Unfortunately, there's no indoor seating. Be aware of this on cold or rainy days, but it's more than compensated for by the superbly friendly service and atmosphere.

08/03/2026: We received a wonderful welcome at this restaurant. The meal was excellent, and thank you to the waiter who shared some of Corsican history with us, including Pascal Paoli, and recommended we stop in Ponte Novu to discover the miniature village – we would have missed it otherwise, which would have been a shame. Thank you again; I highly recommend it.

22/10/2025: A wonderful experience on October 22, 2025. Even off-season, the quality is there. Don't hesitate to visit this beautiful restaurant, with its heated indoor terrace and very welcoming staff. Tested today: Wild boar stew with gnocchi and trout stuffed with brocciu. The first dish was as generous as you could wish for, everything you'd expect from a plate of game in a sauce. The quality/price ratio is at its peak. The second course, the trout, demonstrated the chef's talents, with masterful cooking and varied, well-matched combinations. Mix and match to obtain many balanced flavors. The brocciu pairs very well with the fish. Bravo, and thank you!

30/10/2025: We ate at Pascal Paoli restaurant at the end of October, and despite the strong winds, the waiters remained cheerful and understanding. I had the Julia pizza, which was delicious. The veal sauté was cooked to perfection. The warm chestnut cake was divine. A must-try!

19/11/2025: A small place, a friendly owner, a good selection, delicious and very generous portions, and more than reasonable prices. A favorite spot for students and locals who know the place. A real gem in Corte.

16/10/2025: Amazing pizza 🤩. Highly recommend the restonica white pizza 👌. House red wine great. Good price. Great view of Corte. Very busy even off season so book if possible.

27/10/2025: Very good, but the service is poor if you don't make a reservation. So make a reservation or you'll be treated like nobody.

08/10/2025: Back from 6 hours of hiking we were starving. On our way appeared this pretty restaurant with a vaulted interior and a discreet musical atmosphere. After a warm welcome, we chose the Corsican formula: We had a great time!! All the Corsican trace elements were present (in good quantity) and we were immediately ready for new adventures!! (After a good digestive night of course)
