29/05/2024: We were in Corte for a few days with 6 other people and this restaurant was recommended by our hotel (fabulous Dominique Colonna) . Tucked into the heart of the old city, the atmosphere is spot on for a university environment. Open, inviting and casual. U Museu was the perfect evening for a great conversation, a large and varied menu, and excellent service.

22/05/2024: Ik ben hier met mijn vrouw gaan eten tijdens een rondtrip door Corsica. Het eten was hier prijs/kwaliteit in orde. Ik heb een Civet van Sanglier gegeten (stoofvlees van everzwijn) en mijn vrouw een hamburger van het huis met geitenkaas. Het was allemaal best lekker, maar wat veel voor een gewone sterveling.

18/12/2023: We went to this restaurant rather by chance, but it was the best restaurant of our entire stay in Corsica. Exceptional meat, incredible taste. The boss and the waiter are very friendly. There is no interior, except for the toilets. I recommend !

23/05/2024: Very friendly service. Friendly welcome. Fast service. We had Menu Corse: very fine soup, canelloni very hot and delicate. Price/performance suits us. Here we come again.

Staff speaks several languages and special requests are catered for.
It was even pointed out again that a desert was included for the children. Simply great.
26/09/2023: well located restaurant, friendly welcome, quality cuisine, the Corsican ham bone soup is delicious, although I preferred the Corsican soup in Bonifacio, the myrtle sausages excellent.

29/05/2024: Superb restaurant with a delicious Corsican menu which allows you to discover local specialties. The service was quick and pleasant. The restaurant is very well located
20/05/2024: the pizza is drowning in tomato sauce, but completely burnt at the bottom, the service is very unfriendly, the large 0.5 liter beer (not priced on the menu) for 9 euros is a rip-off, sorry (we didn't pay for that later in Bonifacio at the marina) . The sound and volume in the restaurant between the junior boss and the waitresses reminded me of my time in the army... Conclusion: Bad, far too expensive, unfriendly

29/05/2024: Excellent Service, we had the vegetarian plate with 3 course. Really good! Would come again!
28/05/2024: We feasted. It's been a long time since I ate such a good pizza, the homemade pizza dough (I asked) is excellent, and the risotto (cooked with small vegetables) with prawns (3 in number so generous) was also excellent.
Continue like this, cooking at home as much as you can, we feasted our taste buds on our first trip to Corsica and Corte.
