06/11/2025: I really enjoyed it. Simple but tasty food. Unfortunately, there's no indoor seating. Be aware of this on cold or rainy days, but it's more than compensated for by the superbly friendly service and atmosphere.

08/10/2025: Back from 6 hours of hiking we were starving. On our way appeared this pretty restaurant with a vaulted interior and a discreet musical atmosphere. After a warm welcome, we chose the Corsican formula: We had a great time!! All the Corsican trace elements were present (in good quantity) and we were immediately ready for new adventures!! (After a good digestive night of course)

08/12/2025: A fantastic Corsican culinary experience in the heart of Corte! We had the €26 set menu, which included a starter, main course, dessert, and a third course. There are several choices for each course. For us, it was: fresh cheese fritters, beef meatballs with a pastry option, and chestnut flan. The main course was a Giramondu burger. Everything was simply excellent! The service was also very pleasant. We'll be back ;)

01/12/2025: A warm and attentive welcome and service. The food is delicious and the prices are quite reasonable. A very good place to eat at the foot of the Citadel.

19/12/2025: We discovered this restaurant quite by chance during a stop in Corte. It was a very pleasant surprise! My duck breast was cooked over a wood fire. Everything was excellent, made with quality ingredients. The sausage (a Corsican product) served with a slice of bread, all grilled over a wood fire, was a real treat. The ravioli with porcini mushrooms, sauce, and foie gras was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

22/10/2025: A wonderful experience on October 22, 2025. Even off-season, the quality is there. Don't hesitate to visit this beautiful restaurant, with its heated indoor terrace and very welcoming staff. Tested today: Wild boar stew with gnocchi and trout stuffed with brocciu. The first dish was as generous as you could wish for, everything you'd expect from a plate of game in a sauce. The quality/price ratio is at its peak. The second course, the trout, demonstrated the chef's talents, with masterful cooking and varied, well-matched combinations. Mix and match to obtain many balanced flavors. The brocciu pairs very well with the fish. Bravo, and thank you!

30/10/2025: We ate at Pascal Paoli restaurant at the end of October, and despite the strong winds, the waiters remained cheerful and understanding. I had the Julia pizza, which was delicious. The veal sauté was cooked to perfection. The warm chestnut cake was divine. A must-try!

22/10/2025: Classic Corsican dishes with a big Italian influence. Very good value for money, particularly the three course menu for EUR18.50.

16/10/2025: Amazing pizza 🤩. Highly recommend the restonica white pizza 👌. House red wine great. Good price. Great view of Corte. Very busy even off season so book if possible.

25/09/2025: An exceptional pizzeria! The pizzas are simply delicious, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We loved it so much that we went back twice in the same day, for lunch and dinner! A real favorite! A must-visit for all lovers of good pizza and pasta!

10/11/2025: We love going to Corte, and for the past two years this restaurant has been a must-visit! We love going there after the season. I recommend the fondue with the charcuterie option for those with a bigger appetite; the burger is also truly excellent! Don't hesitate, everything is perfect, thank you Matthieu!!

21/09/2025: It was while visiting Corte that we were drawn to the exterior of this restaurant. Although the opening hours were late for lunch, we were greeted with a smile and offered a table. The advice was excellent, both on the wine and the dishes, and we ate very well. The service from both servers was very pleasant and presented with humor and kindness. Thank you for this moment. 12/10/2025: There are many restaurants in this area and they could be much of muchness. This is nothing exceptional but I found the service efficient. I had the couscous, which was fine decent wine by the glass and place was full at lunchtime so nice atmosphere.
