01/06/2026: An excellent little restaurant whose six-course menu is worthy of a Michelin star. The dishes are sophisticated, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The wine suggestions are anything but lazy: here, they don't just offer you bottles you find everywhere; there's a real effort put into sourcing them. The service is efficient and very professional. In short, one of the best bistronomic restaurants in Toulouse. Here's hoping for a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide.

Very warm welcome, delicious dishes full of flavors, and served generously.
There is even a water bowl for the dog
I recommend this restaurant, which will take you on a journey during a meal.

The terrace atmosphere is very enjoyable, but the chairs are in high demand!

€16.90 per person for the truffade, and we ended up with a medium-sized pan to share between four people. It was clearly far from the advertised 300g, more like 150g.
It had been a very long time since I'd left a restaurant feeling hungry, and yet I'd ordered an extra side dish.

Our waiter, Julien, was very welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. The decor blends modern touches with Asian influences, creating a soothing atmosphere. You can feel the attention to detail in every dish. I highly recommend this restaurant to lovers of Asian cuisine.
