02/07/2026: One of the best craft beer bars I have ever been in. The chap (apologies forgot your name mon ami) was super knowlegeable and passionate. Had a grear chat about the UK and French Craft Beer Scene and Aviateur is my new favourite brewery! We were there before dinner at Campagne (also great) nearby. So good we returned after up until the 2nd Half of the France x Sweden game. Props to having Jaipur by Thornbridge on tap. Must visit if you love craft beer and in Toulouse!

10/05/2026: We were very warmly welcomed by the owner who took the time to offer us several tapas options (we had a bad memory of a bar in Barcelona that served us reheated and heavy food). Here, the seafood tapas platter included fresh baby squid and prawns, stuffed mussels and appetizing calamari. Truly fresh and tasty.

19/05/2026: We used Café des Belles Fleurs for our weekend riding trip. We were a group of about twenty riders and drivers. Joy and her husband prepared four meals for us in total, and it was perfect. The quantity, the quality, the taste, and their good humor were all excellent. Thank you again to you both! 22/07/2026: The terrace is very pleasant even in the heat, the servers are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Our only complaints were the slightly slow service and the really unnecessary reggaeton music, which detracted from the experience.

01/04/2026: A friend's cafe. It's located in a quiet area. They offer a daily lunch special using organic ingredients. I also love their matcha cheesecake for dessert. The staff are friendly and approachable.

27/02/2026: Excellent Japanese restaurant, just like in Japan. Delicious homemade dishes bursting with flavor. A limited menu, but everything is expertly prepared. The teas are very good. Takeout is available. A wonderful find. Reservations are recommended as it fills up quickly at lunchtime on weekdays.

01/06/2026: An excellent little restaurant whose six-course menu is worthy of a Michelin star. The dishes are sophisticated, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The wine suggestions are anything but lazy: here, they don't just offer you bottles you find everywhere; there's a real effort put into sourcing them. The service is efficient and very professional. In short, one of the best bistronomic restaurants in Toulouse. Here's hoping for a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide.

26/06/2026: My actual rating is 67/10. The guys do such a great job; it's like they're taking care of their own children while making the pizza. That feeling comes through in the taste almost immediately. Honestly, I recommend it.
