14/02/2026: Pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the service, and the friendliness of the staff. I would classify this establishment as "a restaurant that makes sandwiches" and not in the fast-food category. They take their time with each sandwich and are happy to advise you on recipes. Honestly, well done! They want you to eat well. Not quickly.

17/02/2026: A wonderful experience. Thank you to Stephan, the head waiter, for the warm welcome and his smile. The staff were charming and attentive. Everything was perfect. A feast for the senses, both for the palate and the eyes, in a splendid setting.

15/02/2026: I spent Valentine's Day there. This upscale restaurant is a must-visit for Toulouse's culinary scene. The service is friendly and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed the oysters, which were perfect with a view of the Garonne River, the "sea" of Toulouse. The setting is authentic and elegant. The food is well-prepared and beautifully presented. I highly recommend it.

22/01/2026: It's a hidden gem, a place you stumble upon while wandering the neighborhood, and you'll quickly fall under its spell. The atmosphere and ambiance transport you to Chile, a place where time seems to stand still. The menu is extensive, and the dishes are generous and flavorful. It's a truly wonderful find!

05/12/2025: Perfect location, right in the city center, Place du Capitole. A perfect welcome worthy of the best hotels. Attentive and very friendly staff. Magnificent suite, large and clean. A lovely touch for my wife. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

05/12/2025: I cancelled my stay november 9, still didn't get my money back. Hotel.com say it is not their problem.

27/01/2026: We came on a Thursday evening for drinks and tapas. The cocktails were excellent, and so was the Lebanese tapas! The service was pleasant, however, the "potatoes" weren't potatoes, just frozen fries, which was a shame. While the atmosphere is probably better in the summer, warmer and more inviting, the music was great.

07/02/2026: Terrible experience. We ordered two pizzas by phone and received a very cold reception. One was a goat cheese pizza, and the second, admittedly, had a slight mix-up: a Scandinavian pizza was ordered, but this was quickly and clearly corrected to a Savoyard pizza. We arrived to find a Scandinavian and a Savoyard pizza waiting for us. The owner wouldn't budge, offered no apology, and we were "forced" to leave with those two pizzas. Then, to add insult to injury, when it came time to pay, he refused to accept our restaurant voucher card without explanation, even though we had used it last time. In short, questionable practices, a lack of self-reflection, no apology, and therefore an unpleasant experience. We won't be returning. The pizzas are good, but not exceptional, so I'm adding a star for that.

28/10/2025: Caesar salad without Caesar dressing, Emmental cheese instead of Parmesan, and very, very dry chicken. €16 for a pre-packaged salad is outrageous! €26 for a ribeye steak that was all sinew and fat, with 10 fries. First and last time. They only take advantage of people once, and then they wait for an apology.
