09/12/2025: One of the few places in France where I've had fantastic food. It's a small place, but it also has a small terrace. I recommend making a reservation. Excellent traditional, homemade Toulouse cuisine, especially the cassulet. Very good. The service and friendliness of the waiters were always kind and polite.
01/12/2025: The food wasn't great; I'm hesitant to order frozen. There's an apartment building entrance right behind the restaurant, so it would be nice if the chairs weren't placed directly in front of it. I saw a child get hit by a door.
I'm still giving it three stars because the waiter was incredibly sweet to my dog 🐶

When I got home, there was no bacon!!!
That's an expensive meal ☹️

01/09/2024: Very bad experience at this McDonald's. 10 minutes of waiting for payment which subsequently delays the order given after 15 minutes later.. Overworked employees and an oily and slippery floor. To finish a Royal Cheese without cheese..

01/09/2024: Sandwiches with a very very disappointing appearance, a McFloat Coke with flasks? Not very pleasant to eat, let alone the bubblegum fries. A mcflurry with sparkling sugar, it looks like they emptied the pot of strawberry coulis and forgot the sugar (we counted 7) and added it with the coulis half hot, the sugars no longer crisp
In short, we had to make pasta... We should review the quantities and quality of preparation of the products

28/11/2025: I had the choice between "the wing or the thigh"... 4 customers and 2 servers, the dining room practically empty despite over 70 dishes on display and overflowing. I don't know what they do with all that food at the end of the day, other than reheating it the next day. No menu, and most of the dishes don't have prices displayed. Questionable cleanliness. The staff speaks little French, are initially difficult and unfriendly, and not very attentive, wearing white t-shirts with a large brown stain. The chicken I was served was practically cold, and the rice was barely lukewarm; we drank from cardboard cups. €15 for a dish, 3 nougats twice the size of a sugar cube, and a quarter of a harsh rosé wine, the kind you'd find at La Villageoise. We didn't enjoy our meal and left quickly! Be careful before you go shopping there = you risk buying food that's been reheated for 3 days!

I might as well tell you that the premises are as dirty as stables, between the crumbs, the dirt on the windows or the sticky trays and so on, of course it must be recognized that the food is generally good apart from the presentation bins. which are dirty and mix between condiments.
The atmosphere is not great either, we waited 15 minutes for an order and to be told that there is no honey mustard sauce…
The seller was helpful and attentive but a smile wouldn't have been too much but we don't blame him he was all alone
Conclusion the experience is disastrous and just makes me want to come back…

20/11/2024: To flee, I just dropped almost 60 euros, the sandwiches were cold and the staff doesn't give you any consideration, speaks badly, borders on aggressive, I asked for sauces that I didn't get, who wanted to charge me extra and I didn't. don't talk about the drink I asked for a half-empty coke without ice so I asked for a little more content and I was refused that frankly pay 60 euros to be taken for idiots sava you are paying a pittance and its quibbles for a sauce while these same people don't do it for themselves even stop making ads with stars if customer service doesn't exist and continue like this you will all sink 😱😱😱😱

00:30 in toulouse the door staff refused us due to the shoes my girlfriend was wearing I have done security for 10 years I think this is ridiculous especially as we are tourist and in any of my venues that I MANAGE I always try to accommodate tourist no matter the sercumtances appreciate a reply on the matter as I find this unacceptable I appreciate all security and know that the job is hard as I do it myself In a managerial role but when this happens to people visiting the city with nothing more than good intentions it's money your turning away from your premises and I would like to add that she was dressed well in a blue dress and high heel sandles I was in a jeans and t-shirt I would also like to add that the door staff was not rude but just don't believe this is a acceptable reason for refusals and think you need to address the issue I also told him to have a good night and showed no ill intentions towards him
