18/12/2024: Nice, friendly cafe, welcoming staff and good food. We ate with our association in the room upstairs, a lovely, quiet and friendly space. The meals were very good and varied, with various choices, everything was good. We come back regularly and are always well received and served. It's a shame that the terrace is closed for metro work, but I recommend coming and discovering the interior room.

The waiter, Carlos, added a friendly touch with his helpful recommendations. The colorful and typically Chilean decor immediately immerses you in the atmosphere of South America. You travel from the very first bite. A welcoming place that I wholeheartedly recommend to lovers of authentic cuisine.

I've been away from my homeland for over four years, and the moment I stepped inside, it felt like home. A familiar aroma of lovingly prepared food, a warm atmosphere, and exceptional service—I mean, the staff were attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. A place that transports you back to the places you hold dear. The empanadas are a classic, the ceviche a delightful surprise, the pebre a must-try, and above all, the discada—simply superb. There's a reason it's the most renowned and oldest restaurant in the area. It's become my go-to spot in Toulouse.

01/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome, the staff were excellent and attentive to customer satisfaction and requests. Clean and delicious. I have absolutely no complaints about this Subway, unlike some others where the welcome and service are so-so. I highly recommend it.

It could have been okay overall, except there was no chicken in the Caesar salad! Disgusted ☹️ It seems unbelievable to forget the chicken when there's a chicken label on it. Only lettuce, croutons, and cheese in the so-called Chicken Caesar Salad... We didn't complain because we'd already waited quite a while to get our order...

30/03/2026: Here, they don't bother serving you a hot (or even lukewarm) apple pie, but they serve you a cold one. Ice cold. Not much effort.
