18/08/2024: Service impeccable. I came in today but unfortunately could not order food due to them being out of stock of something (which I was pretty set on) But that did not matter at all. The wait time on seating is fast. And the service is incredible! They have an English menu online with loads of other language options & easy to translate The waiter that served me, I unfortunately did not get his name was lovely & accomodating. After finding out that we were leaving due to the stock issue. He offered us our drinks on the house which I did not expect at all. The waiter seemed genuinely disappointed to see us go, which, as someone working in hospitality, is not easy. Their menu has so many options and affordable prices. And their surf and turf deal is absolutely great. Was so happy to see so many amazing entrees which I have not seen on the menu anywhere else. From what I saw there was only three table waiters. And they all need a raise! A completely thriving and busy atmosphere and they were so on top of all of their customers. To deliver such incredible service but be so busy is a skill they should all be proud of. And their long list of affordable & French wines was great to see. If I am ever in Toulouse again this place is first on my list.

26/08/2024: Great discovery at Place Occitanie! we ate very well for 20.90 daily special and homemade chocolate mousse dessert, delicious and very generous! Very warm welcome and very capable and friendly waiter! My colleague and I had a very pleasant lunch break. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much

29/08/2024: Petit restaurant calme facile d'accès et dans le centre historique de Toulouse, service rapide et agréable, carte suffisamment grande pour trouver ce que l'on aime, mais toujours en pouvant se permettre d'utiliser des produits frais et décor fort agréable

15/07/2024: Superbe accueil. Le resto était plein mais la propriétaire nous a trouvé de la place. La cuisine est simple mais délicieuse (nous avons pris les tartes) et accompagnée de légumes frais dans un cadre convivial.

13/09/2024: Soirée entre copines dans une ambiance dépaysante ! Super cocktails (essayez celui au gingembre !). Nous avons pris une formule et nous nous nous sommes régalés. La décoration permet aussi de s’évader le temps de ce moment.

Accueil sans plus. Desserts sortis d'une pâtisserie de proximité, pas faits maison. On ne peut pas conseiller.

21/08/2024: I went there with a friend this summer around 9 p.m. There weren't many people in the restaurant, leaving a fairly calm atmosphere, which didn't displease me. The manager welcomed us very well, with kindness and simplicity. We took the tasting menu, a delight from A to Z, from hummus to skewers, including dolmas, we got our money's worth. Being a fan of Lebanese food, I was not disappointed, everything was delicious. I would go back without an ounce of hesitation!

23/08/2024: A quiet and cozy place with attentive and polite service at all times. I had the evening menu for 28 euros which included a starter, main course and dessert. All delicious, homemade and of good quality. The Lebanese flan is delicious.

01/06/2024: Sir/Madam, I am writing to you to express my deep dissatisfaction with the inappropriate behavior of one of your bouncers at the entrance to your establishment. On 05/31, I went to your bar with friends to spend a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, a minor incident occurred when I accidentally dropped a chair on the patio. I would like to emphasize that this incident was entirely unintentional and I immediately apologized to those present. Despite this, the bouncer on duty that evening refused me access to the establishment in a very abrupt and excessive manner. I completely understand the need to maintain order and security in your bar, but this bouncer's reaction was completely disproportionate to the situation. Not only did he prevent me from entering, but he also showed a blatant lack of respect and professionalism. I am a regular customer of your bar and have never had any problems before. This incident not only ruined my evening, but also tarnished the image I had of your establishment. I believe that this type of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards of service that you promote. I request that you please take appropriate measures to deal with this situation. I hope that action will be taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future, and to ensure that all of your customers are treated with respect and fairness. 29/09/2024: Great experience, we had the privilege of having the restaurant all to ourselves, there were 10 of us and we ate well, the dishes were of high quality and the owner was friendly. I recommend.

27/09/2024: Bad reception: the owner told us to put yourself here and not there... To serve us a disgusting meal on a "disgusting" table and what's more, billing worthy of racketeering. For example: tartar-flavored coffee for €2 and a half of just 25cl for €4...! “What else” In short, the establishment is really not recommendable. “Courage, run away”!
